I thought you were such a bright thing too. Next time, I will put it in figures for you. Will your scooter be ok locked up outside with all the big boys motorcycles? thecoombdog
We are still waiting to find out the weather before leaving Bristol, can anyone give information please?[/quote Steady drizzle about a mile from the track. Based on this seasons meetings I would say there is no chance it will be on.

A ORLOV
Had drizzel from 3 to 4.15 in town, sky brightening up but more rain forecast between 6 and 8.30 so anything could happen. Phone on awaiting any call off call, but will leave for track at 5.30. Sky report very very light rain at track. Midland Red
There you go again just beacause I agree with KKS. If it was to be delayed tonight by half an hour waiting for the rain to stop when the track is full of puddles and you are soaking wet and then we decided to call the meeting off when it was never going to start in the first place would you then be happy? OF COURSE YOU WOULDNT GET A GRIP OF YOURSELF PLEASE! Why aren't you in Leicester with your soaking wet girlfriend?
SPD444
Here is the latest if anyone is still interested in the match and not arguing. van wolfswinkel
Just come home from the track, watched a few dog races(less than 100 there). Spoke to Rosco who said they were thinking of watering the track, looked in very good nick, and despite the drizzle should be all-systems go. Should be a discount on the night for fans as cant see there being many there again. Edited May 26, 2014 by lamborough downsman

The Doctor...
I am setting off now to what will be a terrific meeting I will be wearing purple chinos with brown shoes I will be at the track shop before the start of the meeting so if you want a chat about today's confusion then come and see me if not please do not accuse me of being KKS anymore as I have offered to see you in person COME ON THE ROBINS! ROBINS PRIDE! I came on here earlier to genuinely find out if the meeting was on, and have subsequently had to read mostly bickering between people challenging Gater1 on various points about where he lived?!! I cant actually believe how ott you lot have gone here. If i was in Gater1's brown shoes tonight, i'd be cracking heads if any one of you actually had the balls to meet up with him/her at the track shop tonight, let alone shake hands and have a chat- i personally hope he does the former. Might give the trolls something to think about next time the jump over someone like they have done on here today.
manchesterpaul
To answer my own question lol...taken from the official BV site SWINDON: Peter Kildemand, Simin Gustafsson, Nick Morris, Dakota North, Troy Batchelor ©, Nathan Greaves, Steve Worrall BELLE VUE: Matej Zagar, Richie Worrall, Scott Nicholls, Michael Palm Toft, Craig Cook ©, Brendan Johnson (G), Charles Wright (G) I would have thought Wright should be at 6 as he is replacement for Nielsen who was originally at 6. Yeah it did occur to me that Wright would be above Greaves but what can one do when it's from the clubs OFFICIAL website and i got a racecard to do lol. The BSPA blurb refers to "The Aces will have two guests at reserve having called in Charles Wright and Brendan Johnson to replace injured duo Stefan Nielsen and Lee Payne." Which if in order would contradict the Belle Vue site." Then again Swindon site surely wrongly says that "Belle Vue include Brendan Johnson and Charles Wright at reserve in place of Stefan Nielsen and Lee Payne." If the club, Belle Vue (or Swindon even), is giving out wrong information just hours ahead of the meeting i'll know to view them as an unreliable source in the future (OMG! saboteurs lol lol lol). Just going to have a quick Google around to see if can get confirmation or discover lack of it. Still, the worst dressed man at the Abbey shouldn't be too difficult to spot and as a bonus, it's on Sky so everyone on BSF could help us locate this 'mystical beast'. I wouldn't be surprised if he is stood next to Shergar...
