MattK
I know heat 13 never usually looks like that, but really the rulebook needs a good rewrite if such a disparity of talent can still happen. Surely Birmingham could have used Nermark as a replacement for Grajczonek in heat 13?
Brummie Kev
What a choke in the last two heats after riding so well for large parts of the meeting.
Star Lady
Sad when the actions of one out of control rider can influence the result of a match. Doesn't seem like justice has been done to be honest.
StephenMiller
Get in!! Two 5-1's when it looked like we had thrown it away
SCB
Surely Birmingham could have used Nermark as a replacement for Grajczonek in heat 13? No. Reserves only. They were already using R/R.

stevebrum
What a choke in the last two heats after riding so well for large parts of the meeting. Thought the win was done and dusted. Such a bad choke when it came to the crunch. Still at least Brum are showing signs of improvement. As for Cov...................... looking more average with each passing month.
BritPete
Coventry deserved nothing tonight.

Totally agree , Bees ,Wolves Robins & I has to be said Poole look a bit ordinary & could possibly benefit with a new face if anybody wants to give the STARS a run for their money ! Pirate Nick
Thought Brum were well unlucky tonight. First time I've seen a team get Fishered!
Shale Searcher
Only managed to get glimpses of the meeting on bet365, who did the fish knock off and what heat was it......? From what I did see, turn two coming out, and turn three going in looked a tad diffiult tonight, bit rutty and a bit to much grip for comfort... philfromcov
bit of a mugging for birmingham, how shocking were the bees. deserved nothing from that but hey ho one good spot seeing bomber back to his best flying at the front i can see a gp haul of maybe 4 points tomorrow! Jacques
Sad when the actions of one out of control rider can influence the result of a match. Doesn't seem like justice has been done to be honest. It hasn't! I love my team, like we all do, but that move from Fish, which I don't believe was deliberate, more inadequate, ruined the whole night for me..! The positives are, the track looked better. Good rides from Bomber and Hans, Lewis Blackbird is a little gem, it's a shame he's only a guest. For me... Fisher needs to go!
Game On
Well we were poor tonight no Chance of making the playoffs with the current team .Birmingham deserved to win.
speedybee
Bees deserved nothing tonight. At least we saw an outside pass - Harris on Covatti... How rare is that this year! In virtually all the earlier heats, my recollection is one of four riders strung out with at least ten bike lengths between them. Was that a better track? I guess so... Classic audio collision between Yorkie and Chris Simpson before Heat 9 when the former was resolutely continuing his interview with Doug 'flyer' Wyer, seemingly oblivious to the fact that the riders were lined up at the start, waiting. Chris had no option but to override the Yorker and we were treated to both talking at once. Was I the only one feeling deafened by the volume of the talking in the stand? (The music was about right) Nice to see Tony Gillias on track... Edited May 30, 2014 by speedybee
mdmc82
TBF, it should have been against two heat leaders but R/R and an injured rider. Anyway, Hans wobbling around allowed the PL level Argie through! He's visor didnt tear off so Hans had poor visibility. Lucky he managed to finish the race
LagutaRacingFan
If Hansen rode tonight instead of Blackbird; Birmingham would have won
mdmc82
Firstly I hope both Fisher & Josh are okay after their crash. was horrible to watch. The track looked much better tonight when when you consider the bad weather we have had most of the week. On a plus Bomber was brilliant to night and both he and Hans got the joint fastest time of the season. Brilliant choice of guest in Blackbird. Brilliant fight back from the bees, However as a team we were poor again tonight. IF we want to make the play offs then changes need to be made soon. Fisher hasn't been scoring last couple of weeks. Howarth very inconsistent but sometimes think hes over riding, he can be good. I love the love Garrity has for the bees, always trying 100%. I thought Birmingham rode really well. Makes you wonder why they are not higher in the table. They were unlucky tonight Edited May 30, 2014 by mdmc82
Bee 26
Lucky to win the meeting but really we didn't deserve it. Fisher needs to replaced and we have until tomorrow to make the change. On a positive note the track was lovely!
