The Voice Of Reason
Nonsense. My dad is a manager of a construction firm and the Eastern European lads have a absentee rate of 0.3% compared to 5.7% for English workers. Whilst I wouldn't actually dispute that (despite the amount of utter drivel you carp) I assume that these guys aren't working for two or three other employers - with a job or two back home? To this end, it's not a true comparison, is it.
dorset delight
the man is a clown. Taking to twitter like some child who has lost his favourite toy. Whining and moaning about having a weakened team when quite clearly it's Pooles fault they would have to go to lakeside weakened. People wonder why Poole are disliked well it stems from the owner down to the manager and a couple of idiotic fans on here. Of which you are not one I have to say. Why is the man a clown, just merely expressing his relief the meeting was called off.Chances are we have lost at Lakeside with a full team.God knows what would happened with our select team last night. I was very relieved as I had intended to go until the team was weakened and I still dont see why we couldnt have a facility for Pawlicki which is the reason behind middlo moaning. Gavan
It's been mentioned by everyone on here that Poole weren't allowed a facility but only Poole didn't realise until it was nearly meeting time. As for Middlo he hadn't done himself any favours the last couple of seasons. The mess up of the England team at the World Cup. His daft 'safety' statement at Belle Vue. The 'all kids so it' statement re Darcys indiscretions. Now moaning about this meeting. Wether on twitter or not the man does not come across well. Shame I used to think he was ok but is now caught up in 'everyone hates Poole' paranoia

Vincent Vega
Wonder if Shovvy will come back to the forum by the time this match is restaged. Oh yeah Poole would have started winning again by then so he will be here!!

According to the International Racing Calendar, or whatever it's called that was linked by Racers and Royals earlier in this thread, the Lakeside fixture took precedence over the Polish fixture. Therefore, Pawlicki should have been at Lakeside not Poland. Obviously, given the power of the Polish clubs he is going to answer first to his Polish club, but that means there is no facility for him unless Poole were willing to go down the witholding his services route and the ban that would ensue. E I Addio
Somebody should make you stay off the forum, moron middlo isnt of course he doesnt want to field a weakened. team Perhaps not a moron but when one considers the injudicious way he has expressed himself on twitter and in the Echo over a long period of time he doesn't exactly come acrossas the most articulate or intelligent of people either . Sort of more in the John Prescott class. Maybe he should take the advice of Abraham Lincoln:- "It's better to remain silent and be thought a fool than to speak out and remove all doubt"
