SteveLyric2
Poole should make a good fist of this one. Ward, the most exciting rider in the World. magic, ex Lynn rider, flies around Saddlebow. Pawlicki the 3rd one of the Under 21 holy trinity, should score big time. Valik, well we know at Lynn how much the Czechs loves Saddlebow. Big star in the maining acorrding to Shovvy. Josh, looking like the next big Aussie find, again should thrive on the big open spaces at Lynn. Newman, he must be top of the averges ( or very close) of all the draft riders, so should be up the task against Lynns 2 drafts. Hopwood, everyone knows Matty can pick a winner. Just hands them over to Middlo and stands back and watchs the development. Don't tell me we've signed Valik??! What a coup!! Is he another of MF's 4 point discoveries?? Where's he from and who does he replace.......................?!
Starman2006
'should be an easy 51-39 for the stars against a poole side who can only quake in fear at the form of puk plus the rest of the kings lynn side and World Champion'!! . Who's side you on ?? Plans of mice and men..

'probably be a hard-fought 46-44 for the stars against a Poole side who will do their fair share of making the Stars quake with Ward and Pawlicki in their team even though we have NKI and Tai included'
g13webb
'should be an easy 51-39 for the stars against a poole side who can only quake in fear at the form of puk plus the rest of the kings lynn side and World Champion'!! . Yeah I agree with you, I don't see this being any different then all our other matches. Every team comes to the NA and puts up a good show and Poole will be no different. Looking at the teams on a one to one basis we more than hold our own. Guesting Woffy for Kenneth is a positive step, one that, in my opinion tips the scales our way. So come on, No more faint hearted precautions, let us show some belief in this team.. If we can go to Lakeside and win, we can beat anyone home or away..... semion
I think the teams look a real even match up. Little to no home track advantage for Lynn. All down to who performs on the night. Could Middlos motivational skills be the difference?
Daniel Smith
One thing I'd put money on is Darcy breaking the track record in heat
speedy17
One thing I'd put money on is Darcy breaking the track record in heat 1 He's got to beat Niels to do that! Not going to happen...
Daniel Smith
I have major concerns that some Stars fans are getting ahead of themselves and are starting to believe the title is wrapped up already. It's only May folks, rein it in a little. Poole are more than capable of winning Thursday, no question Edited May 20, 2014 by screamer

This year is going to be different. Poole are only a team like us. who want to win....
Daniel Smith
After watching Woffy last night and tonight I now predict a away win. The lad is certainly having a tough time this season. I may be alone but I worry about Thursday. We've struggled at home this season and Poole are by far the strongest visitors we'll have and Darcy over Holder strengthens them again
Bagpuss
I wouldn't be at all surprised if we lose on Thursday, Poole look to me like the best team this year and most of their side love riding at Lynn. Won't be the end of the world if they do win though. Long, long way to go yet.

Kickitov
According to the latest Greensheet's, Bjerre's average is 8.51 & Woffinden's 8.74. Can someone explain how Tai can be used. I thought the guest had to have a lower average?
semion
Poole are the team who have been there and done it before. If we are lucky enough to get to the play offs and meet them we can but hope it is one of their choking season's, for which are well known.
