Mr Blobby
Too many foreigners in the PL perhaps? the problem is though these young brits aren't good enough to take the place of these foreigners until then we will continue to see average foreigners in the PL. springdale
If we get rid of all the foreigners, there wouldn't be enough riders to go round

Don't disagree, although PL reserves really ought to be all Brits, seems daft to have the scheme in the EL but not the PL.
Daniel Smith
Haven't seen it mentioned anywhere else but it's absolutely brilliant news that Skysports will be showing this meeting live. Normally one of the best meetings of the British speedway calendar.
Najjer
Too many foreigners in the PL perhaps? ... and the flip side to that is that if the Brit's averages were high enough, they would have qualified for selection. Interesting too that Barker has $hit on Plymouth from a great height. Cook rode for Edinburgh when he was a track reserve previously but Barker clearly doesn't fancy it. Mr Blobby
barker missed it last year or the year before aswell didn't he??.... Yes he did because he seems to think riding round in circles by himself at practice as reserve in the hope he will get a ride the next day is more important. Pirate Nick
Yes he did because he seems to think riding round in circles by himself at practice as reserve in the hope he will get a ride the next day is more important. Now I'm not particularly a Barker fan, but that's a bit harsh. You could equally have said he's going for the experience and will perhaps learn something from how the more established riders approach one of the biggest meetings of the year. coomie
If nick brings his starting boots and olly keeps the form he's been in at home the last few mouths the trophy will stay where it is,comets and monarchs look good also, but could be anyone on the night

Triple.H.
Rene Bach and Josh Notalotofvowels must be favourites with the Monarchs and Bandits in the shakeup.
Baldyman
Ipswich more likely bottom 3 than top 3, not one of our 3 are that great around Somerset. Edited July 1, 2014 by Baldyman

He'd be better off learning from the PL riders, more chance of spending his career there than anywhere near a GP.
