King's Lynn V Swindon 14/05/14 Sky Meeting

Recommended Posts

As a neutral watching, what happened to the racing, or lack of it last night? Some very strung out races, very few passes after the first three quarters of a lap... Track looked slick as a board on the tv. Bet PK said thanks to Scotty Nicholls for not running over him, class bit of laying down, could have been nasty if Scotty had ploughed into PK's back..

Didn't think it would be long before Young Robert started to get slatted!!!!!!!!! he is going to have off nights, but speaking to his family he had mechanical problems...he changed things after each heat and managed to rectify the problem, I know it is a shame but give him some slack he is still only 16!!!!! I know there are a lot of haters out there but His TRUE FANS know the truth of what have been going on......

Getting slatted sounds painful. Much worse than being slated

I think if you read GB's post again you'll will also see that he is hardly getting slated. He didn't have a great night by his standards but came good when it mattered. I'm guessing your obviously close to Robert and his family but you have to realise that on a public forum, people are free to say it as they see it and it's not always going to be nice. Reading this thread, just be thankful you're not a massive Simon Gustafsson fan

I think Robert knows more than anyone he needs more track time as he was obviously keen to link up with Newcastle in the PL. His gating is his weakness but there isn't a Stars fan anywhere that would want to see him dropped.

I think you need to calm down a little, all I said is that he could do with riding a little more often. I think over the season so far he is exceeding expectations and I'm fully behind him.

I understand the frustration with Simon and clearly his performances are unacceptable.

However, a professional manager deals with it in private. You speak to him face to face, tell him what is required of him and the consequences of his not achieving those targets. You find out what he thinks I'd v causing the problem and offer whatever assistance you can to help.

What you do not do is slag him off in public. That simply embarrasses and humiliates him and helps destroy whatever little confidence he may have left.

Don't you think Rosco hasn't chewed him out in private already ? Several times every meeting I should think. Keeping Klindt would have been a better option than him.

Bachelor goes missing when the pressure comes on,sen him do it on a number of occasions .

That's why he's a Grand Prix rider, I've seen them all go missing when the pressure is on.

All slagging off Gusto but what do the Lynn fans think of Schleiny, gone right down the pan since 2/3 years ago?
