Shale Searcher
Well, the answer to the H & S issue has been announced on the Leicester 2014 thread, where it should be. Per say... A friend who lives near Alwalton said that on the day of the meeting, there were loads of trucks left from truckfest and the track was a right mess.. Now you know!!

Shale Searcher
But the track wasn't a mess so that bit is rubbish. Exactly!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Why oh why oh why!! Why can't they just say honestly, like Unfortunately due to an electrical fault in the main stand we could not get any public area lighting working. We employed an electrician once we discovered the problem but it was found after a rigerous fault finding session by the electrician to be an underground problem with the stadium supply. We then contacted (insert electricity company involved) who could not get anyone out to us until the following day. The (insert electricity company involved) engineer arrived the next day and has now rectified the problem. I would like to once again apologise for the inconvenience caused to all the supporters, staff, fans and riders concerned but the problem was really out of our direct control. Yours faithfully (Insert Promoters name) Edited May 13, 2014 by Shale Searcher
semion
Could it be that the wrong type of leaves were on the track. Or maybe They couldnt move the score on from 0-0 as the points were frozen ? Edited May 13, 2014 by semion

arthur cross
I'm not defending, just think H&S could cover the situation (it stretches to conkers and flying shale these days y'know) & in the absence of the more detail you crave which you are not going to get, unless you know a man or woman who knows, then until you burn yourself out or have a thought of your own (thinking is so important arthur) then I'm up for it. I've come up with my own conclusion based on the evidence, I suggest that you do the same, preferably in private! So you'd prefer me to privately reach a conclusion while also reckoning it's ok to publicly patronize me by recommending I have a thought of my own !! No wonder you've shown in other posts lately that you're willing to be treated like a doormat when it comes to customer relations ... I suspect the doormat in my hallway has got more to offer than you when it comes to any sensible debate.

From worthless to doormat, that's made my day that has

Crump99
It's fine at the moment (3.45pm) Just tipped it down at 5 though and is still raining. EoES will have got a good dousing if the lake out front is anything to go by.
