Paulco
On the perhaps optimistic assumption that the weekend is going to be dry , we should be racing our KO Cup tie with Rye House on Sunday . As they seem to be the only side with a worse record for sun-offs than us , this might well be the first leg . Of course we did face the Rockets at this stage last season , but the tie was effectively over after a pumping at Hoddesdon . Two different looking sides this season , though both seem to be struggling slightly . Though successive home wins should breathe a bit of confidence into our side . They are led by the bloke with the dodgy silencers and the only two point averaged GP rider . I am confident we might just get the better of them this season and progress to meet Newcastle in the next round . Sundays teams should be ( assuming the Outer Mongolian silver helmet doesn't interfere with the line ups ) Glasgow 1 Kevin Wolbert 2 r/r for Dimitri Berge 3 Mark Lemon 4 Theo Pijper 5 Rusty Harrison 6 The amazing Anders Thomsen 7 Kasper Lykke Rye House 1 Eddie Kennett 2 Luke Bowen 3 Jason Bunyan 4 Steve Boxall 5 Matt Tresarrieu 6 Jason Garrity 7 Ben Hopwood Certainly Jason Garrity could be very troublesome at reserve , but if we can hold it to ten points or better down there , i'd be happy with that .

george.m
Any update on young Dimitri's condition? Have just seen Newcastle have released Christian Henry. IMO he'd score more than Mark Lemon consistently and I'd welcome him back. Edited May 9, 2014 by george.m
Paulco
Any update on young Dimitri's condition? All we know is he's away back home for some red wine and frogs legs convalescence . He's says he'll be back as soon as he's ready .

Cheers Paulco. Maybe it's just the pessimist in me but I've found the lack of news concerning. Hope he's back soon as he was becoming real box office and alone he was worth the long journey to Ashfield.

I know he's said he's going back to Oz but that could be a knee jerk reaction to them dropping him and who can blame him? Could he not give his plane ticket to Mark Lemon? ✈️ 😃 Edited May 9, 2014 by ragdoll64
baba
Yeah I will pay for changing name on the ticket.

Could he not give his plane ticket to Mark Lemon? ✈️ If we really want to kick on this season this change is a no brainer and is clear for all to see, remain as we are and we will struggle with a 6 pointer who really should be a 7 scoring 3 or below per match or replace with a steady performer who will score to his average almost everywhere I am pretty sure if Christian is approached after having time to digest the past couple off day's and has the chance to continue the rest off the season i would like to think he would accept as he would then continue to earn his crust for the remainder. Hopefully those in charge can see this also become challenger's for a top 6 place or continue as we are over to you Glasgow promotion.

Weeyin
Sun is shining, lets see some sideways action and a Tigers win, hopefully our boys that have been struggling will have sorted things out and ride to their potential
