DIAMONDS
Do you not reckon that Nathan should be given a chance? He has not even ridden for us yet. George knows a Speedway Rider when he sees one - I am prepared to trust his judgment. Yes I'd like him to be given a chance but I'm sure that I read somewhere that he was only temporary. But I'm not sure where or if it was even about speedway at all.

He's a good rider, has had a very successful junior career and will do well for us if we give him time.

Hope so but partnered with Schramm we don't really have a strong reserve berth. Â If we replaced Schramm could it be anyone up to 4.00 or would the whole team have to add up to below 42.
HadrianDog
The fast track reserves don't count as double downers or double uppers So in this case the two Lewis He already said that he wont ride again, shame really he was one of my favourites from 2010. Could we not get someone like Ben Morley or James Sarjeant for the 3.00 if Greaves is temporary. Â Yes he said it, but in his dreams, did he see an opportunity to ride alongside his brother at Newcastle. The real point here, is does he still have his bikes. northyorksbear
I thought you could now double down to due to the new rules in place this season? Lambert is a KL asset, therefore doubles down with Newcastle. If there are any fixture clashes, he rides for Kings Lynn. Newcastle are the only club that have to redeclare. Â Which new rule are you referring to? Please let me know a rule that refers to double down, because I haven't found one. Â Richie Worral is a Belle Vue asset, Richard Lawson is a Lakeside asset, Ty Proctor is a Wolves asset - three examples all of whom are doubling UP. Â Â Forget Lambert he isn't allowed to double up, down or sideways if it results in being in a teams declared 1-7 in both PL & EL simultaneously, this season. Hope so but partnered with Schramm we don't really have a strong reserve berth. Â If we replaced Schramm could it be anyone up to 4.00 or would the whole team have to add up to below 42.50 Â As from today you are over points limit so if any rider were to be replaced you only have that average to work with, therefore in answering your question Schramm's replacement would be a rider up to 4.00 Â If in the future king dropped by 2 points say to 9.18 (and everyone else remained exactly the same) you would only have 0.87 to add to any riders average to get a replacement, as you would then have to get to 42.50, so again using Schramm you could replace with a rider on 4.
HadrianDog
He still has his bikes yes. Â Damn good to here, so there is still hope. Hell, if you were looking for a sign to change your mind about retirement, this is smack in the face with a baseball bat moment.

Gazc
How good is Filip Sitera? Is he too good for the PL? Not any better than Schramm and if he is really in the mood he is probably worse.
Tsunami
It seems that the Jase idea is a non-starter so fair enough and since Greaves has been 'fasted' to Swindon, then maybe the bairn does have something to attract the s/w scouts. Mind you if we see Jason having a post match practice? Jason at the moment, has his bike up for sale on Facebook.
TMW
Has something gone wrong in the Lambert camp? Â At the team announcement supporters meeting back last year Lambert specifically said he'd have no time to ride Premier League due to riding commitments in the British EL + German and Danish leagues I'm glad you said that. I thought I'd imagined it.
