Gazc
I will go out on a limb here and say Lambert is probably earmarked for a move to the dark side later in the season and that is why Harkess has blocked the move! Would take Christian back to the Tigers in a heartbeat! And Guess what his average is a perfect fit to replace an under performing rider other clubs change instantly to try and improve why don't we. bigcatdiary
Robert Lambert cannot double up because he doesn't have a PL MA established prior to the start of the season, would have thought a member of the BSPA MC would have known that. diamonds7
Was told on Sunday there would be changes but didn't expect them to be rosen and henry ,christian been my favourite rider last 3 seasons , on a positive note carnt wait to see Danny king on Sunday weather permitting of course
Chewbacca
A real shame for Henry who, by and large, has done his job and been one of our better riders this season. Rosen has not improved at all on last season as everyone hoped and expected. Still a shock to see him go though. Whilst Danny King will average 10+ it does leave an awfully long tail and Schramm will score plenty of zero's at #
RedcarRacer
Brutal from Newcastle, but hats off to the promotion - showing ambition. Personally I would snap up Rosen.
montie
Whilst Danny King will average 10+ it does leave an awfully long tail and Schramm will score plenty of zero's at #2 to hit a10 average on quite alot of tracks he has rode very little will be a very big ask i think and fair play to him if he gets it to over 10 Quite a few EL chaps have dropped down and been expected to average over 10,Stead,Screen,McGowan,Howe etc but very few have done it--if any
ruffdiamond
Chris can have good meetings that is why he gets guest bookings, and delivers for that team. He is never going to get back to a 6 point average, but he can thwart many a good riders through good gating , allowing his senior rider an easier ride. Good team man, and I think he will be staying. he is capable of thwarting good riders even without gating,,, as witnessed the other week ;-) but,,, 'ooh my golly',,, someone musta had a proper hissy fit,,, hopefully Danny will be able to wipe the floor with the like's of Josh Grosh, Ricky Wells and Nick Morris's at Brough,,, we'll see,,, obviously some had to go,,, Anton has'nt hit the track running this year, but maybe a bit more time would've suficed,,, and Christian, was'nt too impressed at first, but has'nt let the team down at all, (IMO),,, good solid scorer, maybe comes across as a little bit boring to watch, but we all see things differently,,, shame he's away, but if rumours are true about going back to Oz, good luck n no need to hang about here :-)

bigcatdiary
Danny will storm the pl. Would not surprise me see him finish top of the pile. Good bit of business for the brummies. I wonder if that is the end of the business between the two clubs. We are chasing a certain Swede and if that comes to fruition Covatti may be availableto double up. You mean like he is storming the EL this year, let's be clear here Kings average has dropped so much he can now double up. Worrying signs for me as our top GB riders all now appear to want to ride in the PL, not hard to see why GB is in the state it is.

Nothing to do with ambition, they're are not anough meeting's in the EL that's even if you are lucky anough to have a club in Sweden and Poland. The bills have to be paid and Cook for example is a very ambitious man but he wants to keep busy and odviously earn money.I believe the PL has the best product now in Britain, with hopefully more of the likes of King joining it will even make it stronger.

Averaged just below 9.50 in his first season and then went on to achieve about 10.30 in his next two seasons.
ruffdiamond
Lewis Rose will have a higher average than Scrammy. he has, according to the BSPA site,,, so does that mean we can only bring in a 3 pointer ??? dunno if Lambert is possible,,, well not unless we were Somerset or summit ;-)
MD
I would have Christian back at Glasgow anytime Likewise, solid second string that knows all the tracks. If the numbers fit .....
northyorksbear
Interesting move by Diamonds, obviously masterplan was king and lambert which on paper would have been a big improvement, now it's king and a 3 pointer the jurys out for me as to whether it gives the impact Newcastle fans would be looking for. However at least it will give TWK the number 1 he wanted

Chewbacca
We only won 3 heats at home against Workington. That could not be allowed to continue.

ruffdiamond
Likewise, solid second string that knows all the tracks. If the numbers fit ..... with 1.01 to spare,,, do you's not have someone on a 6.04 average ???
YAMYAMBANDIT
presume because you can't double up on an assessed average??.... Thought that was just for foreigners lol...not 16 year old Brits lambert runs on a German licence
Chewbacca
BUT Danny King should not be in the PL he should be too good for that Agreed but the EL is a shambles and the PL is where it's at in British speedway
