Gavan
Well, I suppose after 8 races for us, 4 of which were at Lakeside, I suppose the die is cast. he may come good he may prove me wrong and I would hold my hands up and admit I got it wrong if he does. Â but after watching him ride for us (Ipswich) in the premier he couldn't cut it in a heat leader role. Klindt is immense round foxhall so maybe im using that as a guide, but I said before he rode for you that he wouldn't improve on Klindt abd I stand by that........for now lol

Agent Bjarne, your work is done. You can now go home!!! Think Rosco needs to have a good look at this team, or some of the riders need to have a good look at themselves..  Edit, none, of our Assets are for sale or loan!!   Think you should shut-up Starman #noclass
Falcon Hammer
Poor Swindon - on a hiding to nothing. If they had Batchelor & Worrall, might have got a point though. Â Hope Peter Kildemand gets a place in the SGP's next year, guy is mega to watch.

noggin
With very little latitude to make changes, can't see swindon winning away at all this season, even at home is a struggle, not been due to work commitments, but sounds like I'm not missing much unfortunately. Bruiser McHuge
Speedway really is a shadow of its old self at domestic level  Too many double uppers......the draft system to me is just a joke, one of the most ridiculous things I've seen for top division racing...speedway will die a death at this rate at top league level.  And North is no better than Klindt...in my opinion
Custom House Kid
The prresentation at Lakeside typifies everything that is bad about speedway. Â Aside from the wittily appropriate music we now have someone's Classic old rock Cd. Â Â As if watching Swindon wasn't bad enough that seriously rubs salt into the wound. Â North over Klindt any day. At least there is potential there. Â Oh my lord. Born to be wild now. Â Music passed the evening for me at the track! What would you suggest for some background Music ? Â What modern classics spring to mind
Mjolnir
Tough night for Swindon but it's good to finally get a convincing win over the Robins! Â As I expected, Bjarne didn't score as well as Batch probably would have (although 2+1 was surprisingly low) and Worrall would have made a difference at reserve - although I'm not sure if it would have been enough to affect the result. Â Fantastic to see Ben Morley getting a paid maximum including 2 wins over North, and Ellis could have done the same with a bit less bad luck - I hope his shoulder is alright. Â Great all round performance from the team with some good racing from Bridger, particularly against Kildemand who was as impressive and entertaining as always. Â The presentation at Swindon is awful Parrot Fisher never finds out why a bike stops but gives you the result (screaming if its a good Swindon race result) and then every time says up to Richard for the full and official result. Real class - NOT! Â Neither Klindt nor North look good enough to be in the top 5 of any EL team , North at least doesnt seem afraid of traffic where Klindt visibly did seem unwilling to mix it. Â And if Gustafsson doesn't perform against the woeful Brummies next week I suspect he will be out. Â Without further changes Swindon are bottom four fodder not top four prospects. mdmc82
Lakeside is always a hard place for any team to go to which always gives them a home advantage. Â I agree with the exception of Kildemand, the rest of the team are very unpredictable but with a full team Swindon may have got something from this meeting as think Batchelor would have scored more than Bjarne's 2 and Worrall would have scored

People commenting on the presentation at meetings they are not even at typifies everything that is bad about the BSF. The thing that makes the above post even more stupid is that the pair that do the music at Lakeside also do it at Swindon.  Some people just will find any excuse for a moan. Your personal hatred of North is not healthy, its almost as bad as your obsession with Mr Shovlar. Not sure i would judge anyone on a slick Lakeside track, although he has just beaten Bech...   Another expert whom knows how much dirt was on the track without even being there. The draft rule is a complete and utter joke!! And boy Swindon are suffering big time imo. The damage it could be doing to Swindon Speedway must be very worrying to the promotion.   TBF Ben Morley is not far off the bottom of the draft list and had just got a paid maximum. He has achieved week on week progress with a lot of help from Dave Watt and some of the others,. That is what the draft is all about. If, as seems to be the case Swindon's top men more or less leave the reserves to fend for themselves then they won't improve.

Morley has spoken quite highly of the help and advice that he's had from his Lakeside team mates and the progress that he's made already is clear to see on track despite being ranked nearer the bottom of the list. Â It's often been said that having riders like PK and Davey in the team literally adds points to the less experienced riders' scores (like Lawson last year) and the draft system is highlighting that further.
Falcon Hammer
Ben was fantastic all night, one of the smoothest riders on track. His ht9 showed he also has a wise head on young shoulders: Firstly, he let Adam through on the backstreight & then deliberately kept his distance, as Adam was getting out of shape a few times. Congratulations on the PM Ben
Bostonian
Funny how all the draft haters are out in force. Clearly some of the draft riders aren't going to make the step up like others, but it's not meant for ever rider to become future EL riders I'm afraid. So far I'm seeing a lot of the FTD guys coming on a bundle and it's only been a month of the season. Worrall is obviously a big lose but Swindon chose the wrong guy to bring in tonight obviously when there's plenty of others who could of guested.
Gresham78
Glad I didn't make the 300 mile round trip to see this lack lustre Swindon performance, watched it on Bet365. To be fair we missed Batch and Stevie W and with them I'm sure it would have been closer. Another frustrating night for Gustaffson - he's so much better than he's recent scores. Unfortunately its looking like Rosco's gamble on Nikolai and Simon has failed and with limited room to of make changes its looking like a season of mediocrity for the Robins. Â Congratulations to killer tho for a top performance on a notoriously tricky track and also a sound effort from young Morra. Â Well done Hammers and to the evergreen Peter Karlsson.
