LagutaRacingFan
Workington Comets1. Josh Grajczonek2. Mason Campton 3. Ricky Wells 4. Kyle Howarth 5. Rene Bach 6. Chris Mills 7. Ashley Morris Peterborough Panthers 1. Ryan Fisher 2. Lewis Blackbird3. Ales Dryml4. Ulrich Ostergaard5. Lasse Bjerre6. Joe Jacobs7. Oliver Greenwood. Looking at the two sides, I can't see anything but a Panthers win as our Top 5 is so strong, I expect Fisher, Dryml, Ulrich and Lasse all to score 10+ and Blackbird on current form will score 7 or 8 points quite easily. I expect the Comets will give us a fight but come the end of the night, The superior Panthers will walk out with all the points. Prediction: Workington Comets 27-63 Peterborough Panthers Fisher: 13 Dryml: 10 Lasse: 12 Ulrich: 11 Blackbird: 10 Jacobs: 3 Greenwood: 4 Edited April 22, 2014 by KingKennyBjerre

BluPanther
Panthers will do well to get a point from this meet, as Comets look a very solid outfit this year. Hoping Joe will be back for this one..

Hoping Joe will be back for this one.. have you been to workington this season we dont look as good on track as we do on paper but the lads are all scoring well when riding in that other league thats supposed to be far stronger if they all get there finger out then we should be strong title contendors but from the meetings weve had so far we need to improve

Lord Lucan
Two advance forecasts now have it raining up here at the weekend with Saturday being the worst? Have to hope it's one of those hit and miss thing's otherwise it'll be a short Northern Tour for the Panthers!! Having Lawson guest doesn't make P,boro that much stronger, Fisher nearly always been good value for points, and the like up here so, being positive and we get a meeting, I'm looking forward to seeing this match, it's been many a long year since I saw them last and this looks a decent outfit so, should be good with Comets winning by 10!! stoneylegend
Happy to see Richard Lawson back at Derwent park this weekend. All set to be another good meeting :-)
LagutaRacingFan
Lawson is the best rider in the league around Derwent Park, I remember him once doing a cut back on Craig Cook and Cookie started moaning like a women and claimed that Lawson was over the white lines when in reality, he was done up like a kipper. Oh dear what a clown you really are! Lawson is far from the best rider around derwent park, if he misses the gate - end of story!
BRITISHSPEEDPOWER
Don't think i've ever seen Lawson overtake anyone. Amazing gater though
scaramanga
Wells seems to use PL just to top up his money to subsidise his EL Racing.Certainly appears to put more effort into his EL racing.IMO not just wells wells is better at prem level than howarth at the moment and morris scoring good points for wolverhampton i know morris has 2 heats that are efectivly national league level but he can score in other heats too bit unfair listing morris as hes only a prem reserve and is scoring ruffly his average and in my book if a reserve does score his average and a bit more now and then there not doing too bad a job aslong as the rest of the team are scoring ok Lawson is the best rider in the league around Derwent Park, I remember him once doing a cut back on Craig Cook and Cookie started moaning like a women and claimed that Lawson was over the white lines when in reality, he was done up like a kipper. theres photo evidence of lawson about a foot or more over the white line on the 2nd bend but hey we won that night and the ref didnt penalise lawson for it lawson in his prime around derwent park was never as good as stoney james wright or simon stead at there best and thats no disrespect to richard just pure fact
