Yearbyred
Well done to Sheffield - out fought and out gated the Bears all night and deserved the win. All of their riders contributed so fair play to them. Shame to see such a tame surrender from the Bears - Lawson was badly missed, Hall too and Skidmore was a shadow of the rider he has been this season. Can't expect to win with only half a team performing anything like. Track seemed slicker tonight too although there were still a couple of good races with "genuine" overtakes . Concentrate on the league.......
mrmiddlesbrough
We weren't the same team as the previous night but all credit to shef they wanted it more than us, no excuses for Lawson as we would still of been well beat. OH C*AP I FEEL LIKE A T*T NOW Can we still get the best second place team? Yep a right T*T at that Edited April 18, 2014 by mrmiddlesbrough

Concentrate on the league....... Agree with all of that. Doolan did okay for his 7 but you fancy Lawson to have scored double that. No excuses though, Sheffield fully deserved that. Outgated the Bears all night, and thought young Bates was superb. Massively disappointing though. Skidmore went from 13+1 one week to 0. Maybe feeling the effects of his fall last night? Feel sorry for Konopka. Tries his heart out, but just can't gate. We have effectively replaced Kozza Smith with a complete novice.

They don't even know who's riding where.

graz gp
After the first 7 heats last night I thought you were going to get 50+ as well! But tonight I think you'll probably score 60+ even without Richard Lawson. If you'd had Richard Hall in the side last night you would definitely had 50+! Hate to be the bringer of Doom & Gloom on the Tigers but they just aren't getting out of the traps quick enough in the early heats, resulting in heads going down and things getting worse. At least last night they managed to rally the troops and with the fans behind them pushed on to scrape a win. Tonight at home will give Bears newer/less experienced riders more confidence and their established riders (Summers & Skidmore) will more than likely get Maximums! C'mon Tigers prove me wrong - make me eat these words! No comment then. Edited April 18, 2014 by grazgp

Charlieboy
fantastic performance. If we can get some consistency we will make the play offs this season. We are so jekyl and hide at the moment.Well done to all the team.
spin king
fantastic performance. If we can get some consistency we will make the play offs this season. We are so jekyl and hide at the moment.Well done to all the team. I think we have to accept that this team is a team in working progress. Simon Stead is coming back from a potential career ending injury along with other injury problems he had last season. Taylor Poole is back from injury. And we all know about Adam Roynon and injuries. But its is a decent team that I think will get better, I don't think we will see the best from it this season, but next season if we can keep the core of the team I think that we could well seriously be challenging for honours next season. I think that we will see the occasional slip up, and meeting could be tighter than we think at home, but for a team that was basically put together at the last minute I think that they are doing exceptionally well this season.
Charlieboy
I appreciate all the injuries our lads have had and I like the team. Its fresh and I think if we can get on a roll and stay free of injuries this season it could be an exciting season.Be interesting when we get a team change with the averages.!!!!!!!
