racers and royals
Don`t think anyone posted the final result yet 1. Holsted Tigers 8 (+4 forhåndspoint) 2. Esbjerg Motorsport 4 (+2 forhåndspoint) 3. Munkebos Scorpions 3 (+0 forhåndspoint) 4. Region Varde 1 (+1 forhåndspoint) A rough translation of forhandspoint is points carried into the final from league placing. I haven`t yet seen him ride in the final yet but I was impressed with Tommy Pedersen of Holsted in the last TV match.
brandonbee48
He's a tall lad who has a very calm style on the bike. -as opposed to say Peter Kildemand. I'll be interested to see what you say when you get to (i think) heat 18 when he came down on the apex of tuns 3 and 4 and the lad in blue who had taken him on the inside- i thought absolutely fairly and without contact was excluded. I yelled "hometown " decision. See what you think. Sign him up anyway for your 10% Agents Stable. Take care and join you for Allsvenkan later from a very wet USA. Alan. HenryW
It was suggested that Zengota isn't able to make this meeting so the Fjelsted side might be a bit weak for the streaming experiment. It seems odd that Peter Kildemand is scheduled to race in the challenge match in Poland rather than racing for his Danish league club tonight. Tbh I thought even with Zengota the meeting looked a bit one sided As I have tomorrow off,i might have been tempted to try and make this, but certainly not without Zengota Edited June 3, 2015 by iris123

HenryW
It's a top quality stream despite the one sided scoreline. Hopefully we'll see lots more of these from DK during the season.

racers and royals
Interesting article on the league website about the Esberg streaming-Brandonbee 48 the CIA are on your tail Esbjerg Vikings tried as the first Danish speedway club last week with live stream, and resulted in an overwhelming interest. Nearly 56,000 streams were it, and thus was broadcast watched by more than twice as many viewers as several sports channels could perform on the same dayAs Esbjerg Vikings shortly before the match against Team Fjelsted had the opportunity to live stream from Granly Speedway Arena, grip the club the chance, and the transmission showed that interest in Danish speedway alive and well. Almost 56,000 clicked onto this live stream, and it is more than twice as many viewers who are on the same day was for any of the programs at several major sports channels. The figures both pleased and surprised at Esbjerg Vikings.- It is absolutely fantastic and it gives us real taste for further work on this, because if we can achieve such a figure with such short notice, then there is a real potential. We can see that 75% percent of viewers were from Denmark, while we have been followed by many countries such as Germany, Norway, Sweden, Poland, England and Holland. There have also been people from as far away as the USA and Australia, so it opens up some exciting opportunities for Danish speedway, if we can get this up and running. Moreover, we can clearly see that viewers on average were in about 45 minutes, which is very impressive, says Erik Falk Svendsen, director of Esbjerg Motorsport Elite behind Esbjerg Vikings. The impressive numbers also makes that work will continue on the new productions in the long term, and the hope is that there will be regular transmissions from the Danish league and not only from Granly Speedway Arena.- We got this off the ground with the manufacturing company OBDK (Outside Broadcasting Denmark) and Energy Metropol Esbjerg, and showed it also with osderelskerspeedway.dk, so there are many good forces pulling in the right direction. I therefore hope that we can build on it, and with such a success, I also think that we rather quickly move forward, so we can do even more to promote a sport that is truly on the rise again. We have world stars running around, and it's just a sport that lends itself well to television, so I also know that this product might be interesting for several potential major sponsors, says Erik Falk Svendsen, who currently already has received many positive responses from other clubs, sponsors and companies that might be potential partners in future. the full match video here http://stream.webstream.dk/OBDK/ Edited June 10, 2015 by racers and royals
