YAMYAMBANDIT
This weekend is on of those very rare occasions I will not be at speedway, going on a University reunion, before anyone else pegs it. Good luck to the Bandits on Saturday, should be a close one.

Django
I think the Bandits will win by 10, we have too many who haven't started the season well (Howarth, Morris and Mills) which is too many to carry in one team. Changes will have to happen if it continues into the start of the league campaign

Lord Lucan
Don't know too much about Berwick so far this season, will be a tough proposition on their own track but am hopeful that the Comets will do well enough to come home with a 44-46 win!! We have enough big track riders in our team so should really be no excuses for any bad performances that might occur, he say's, optimistically!! Normski
expect workington to give us a sterner test than the tigers did last week, result could hinge on the performance of both sets of reserves can see berwick shading it 48-42. Boobs
From Berwick's e-mail Newsletter to fans tonight: This Saturday has our Bandits facing a busy Easter, with the mighty Workington Comets coming to Shielfield on Saturday night and the same teams racing again on Sunday on the left hand coast. Ryan Anderson has observed that, when the various teams in the Premier League were set up for 2014, virtually all the pundits named Workington as title favourites. Today he agreed that, a month into the season he could see no reason to argue with them! However Ryan feels that Bandits had a great night last Saturday, with both Claus Vissing and David Bellego scoring maximum points as they saw off the Tigers from Glasgow, and that if this form is maintained he is confident of a Saturday night success. Comets No 1 Josh Grajczonek will be pleased to get some laps in at Shielfield on Saturday, as such practice will be useful to his Grand Prix ambitions. Grajczonek, from Queensland, was this week nominated by Motorcycling Australia as one of two Aussie representatives (Jason Doyle is the other) in the FIM GP Qualifying event at Berwick on June 7th. As an added extra on Saturday evening, the club will stage another six-heat junior mini-match after the main event. This will be an NJL Cup-tie between Berwick's young Border Raiders and Northside Stars. Highly-rated Berwick-based 11-year-old Leon Flint makes his first appearance of the season for the home side.
