DIAMONDS
It's the make up of the team that forces him to ride at number 1... Not his fault really, but no matter where he rides he has to be more consistent and pull his finger out, especially on the road. Our team isn't that strong where we have a consistent big hitter to be able to carry him, or anyone really... Nor should he be above criticism... I'm sure he will be working on whatever is wrong and I'd hope if it doesn't improve I'd trust our promotion will sort it out for the benefit of the team, the season and the fans. I don't know but Robson seems to be in the points so far this season
StevePark
Steve, he's entitled to voice his opinion as he is a paying punter! Â And as I know and have seen first hand at times with Newcastle you have to keep repeating yourself so you get heard! Â Where have I said that he isn't entitled to voice his opinion? Arson fire
I don't know but Robson seems to be in the points so far this season he's also had scores of 7 and 5..... Which isn't consistent, but he's our best bet.
mike7164
Â Where have I said that he isn't entitled to voice his opinion? Where did I say you had implied, its all about opinions the sport over as I've said many a time, however I would say IMO for what its worth (although I have only been to one meeting at Brough all season so far) we have lost more meetings than we've won so far home or away! Â To add I may only be at Brough a hand full of times more this season, so it makes no odds to me whatever happens!
robbieblackadder fan club
The top and bottom of it is regardless of what number he is the performances are not up to it and it is costing us points. Due to the make up of the team everyone has to contribute and its no good just doing it against the weaker teams.
The White Knight
You have been in denial since Xmas that he was our number 1, due to the highest average being number 1. It is only in the last few weeks you have agreed with me, and others, being technically right about the qualification for a number 1, but you seem to lapse from that on a regular basis, hence the reason why others saying "boring, give it a rest". Not being pedantic are you. No I'm not - I am being HONEST. I don't lapse from that knowledge either. I think it is very unfortunate that we have a Number One who does not score as a Number One should. I hope that explains my position. Â No pedantry involved. HadrianDog
He must be - he beat the opposition's Number One. While accurate it is just stoking the coals oh silver haired one.
HadrianDog
Â As I have said before, Ludo was the only regular contributor to our pre-season track preps. Does that really show anything other than his total commitment to our club. He is surely distraught at his performances and doing his utmost to rectify them. We must be careful here to not do a 'Chris Harris' and terrorise a rider merely for doing his best. I really do believe that Ludo is in the same mold as CH and is truly influenced by media insights. Are we as Diamonds fans really doing our best to support Ludo . When he took an heat 1 victory I truly hoped he had turned the corner, but alas ?
