Fromafar
Surely that track is an accident waiting to happen when that wet. Get Rosco on the case, he knows how to get a meeting off in a drizzle Amazing how this can go ahead, still we were told it would not be off. Rosco will be confused now.Health and Safety and visibility don't seen to come into the equation when it suits.
Brummie Kev
Why cant it be rerun tomorrow, oh yeah its because we dont want upset the Polish. Nice to see the toothless FIM have got their proirities right. Call this off NOW, rearrange it for tomorrow and if the PZM arnt happy tell them to remove their riders from this meeting. Rder safety is the most important thing in the sport. Edited June 7, 2014 by Brummie Kev

DutchGrasstrack
I can only laugh (or cry) about this... It always rains in the UK and there is now a FIM meeting on without proper backup dates? Mind blowing... It's off by the way, re stage date it Monday 7:30 pm.

Surely the FIM , the ultimate authority, would have checked if the rain off date was feasible? Ops no cos not this is speedway!

DutchGrasstrack
This will be interesting because now Hans Andersen has to chose between riding in Berwick or riding the SEC Challenge in Debrecen... Same for Pawlicki, Suchanek and Janowski!

SCB
So the riders practiced this afternoon. The meeting is now Monday. Riders cannot ride in another meeting once they have practiced. So all those who practiced today are, according to the rules, not riding in Poland tomorrow!
scaramanga
feel for all the people stuck there in the bad conditions the organizors should foot the bill and get them all a hot meal the weather is in the hands of the gods but keeping people in for 2 hours after start time and then calling it off without a wheel being turned is not acceptable

Can't get it right what chance have we got.Decision should have been make at Official Start.OFF or ON.end of story.People pay money to see Event start when they are advertised, they may have other arrangements based on that fact.Would they get their money back if the Meeting started 2hours late and they had to leave early.Farcical.
