kingbee
Fully prepared for all the negativity to start yet again. I want to remind you all we were never going to win tonight and for the fact we only lost 49-41 is a great effort considering Harris' diabolical performance again. Who is he going to blame tonight? Still the alarm bells are very far away and this meeting has shown that we are in for a decent year. Nobody expects us to win the league, Poole will piss it with Ward back and Newman at reserve all year. Two tough meetings over and two decent fights. Friday against Leicester will see us return to winning ways. The season has just started. Well done boys I'm proud of you. Adam what will the Bomber fans come up with this time good meeting from the rest of the team a bit more from Harris and we could have won
Woz01
Hans is riding with an injured knee and still winning races, bomber is fit and has now had 4 meetings including the GP, yet has still to register a single heat win, one final bit of tinkering with the line up is necessary in my opinion, To early for that but he can't put in results like that. Read a stat tonight, the away number 5s are averging 5.5 just shows how tough that position is.
Crazy robin
There are lots of examples of draft riders getting double figures - they don't always have to beat anyone except the other reserves to do that - it's the nature of the race formula. IF (and a very big if) the draft is continued, that would in turn get EL teams more interested in bringing through young Brits. All of the draft riders who rode in the National League in 2013 have every right to be in it but not Garrity or Newman who both were Premier Lge 2nd strings last season. Would've also had more balance in the 2 draft reserves if they both had to have 4 rides each per meeting. This draft will not help them become Elite League 2nd strings anymore than the old system helped Kyle Howarth & others.

Harris has lost the plot as far as Speedway is concerned, think he is waiting for it to happen and it is clearly not happening. His gating is nothing short of pathetic. No - but it keeps the costs down and however they choose to spin it - that is why it's there!!

Clearly he's not a bargain average as everyone said. Wonder if Larsen is on standby.....

Daniel Smith
Still sticking with my "Chris Harris for Premier League 2015" call. Embarrassing & on current form Rossco should have the balls and tell him "if this continues he's out of team GB". Graveyard No'5 position or not, he's taking the p!$$ right now. He even blamed crap equipment for his performance in Poland at the weekend. Sorry, but this bloke is tapped regards to his ability.
Sir Jasper
3, 6, 5, 3, 3, 1, 5, 4, 4, 3, 1, 3, 8 and 11 They are the scores of the "away no 5" Bjerre with 11 tonight, Cam Woodward with the 8 guesting for the Bees, bomber with the 6 at Perry Barr. Tough position to ride away from home. Edited April 14, 2014 by Sir Jasper
mdmc82
What a brilliant meeting. Thought riders from both teams put in a great performance. Great close meeting that could have gone either way. I personally thought the track was better tonight, was alot of overtaking and hard racing. Real shame Coventry didnt come away with something from this meeting as deserved it Magic was very impressive and fast, a very likeable rider Rider of the night for me was Hansen. He could gate but was even more fun watching him race, showed no fear Edited April 14, 2014 by mdmc82

His gating is nothing short of pathetic. BUT Coventry fans(most of them) will find every excuse going and this comes from an avid Coventry supporter. How many excuses can be made and can changes occur so soon in the season?

Tough position to ride away from home. Look at all the standard of rider's in those No'5 positions for most teams, they're not "Chris Harris standard". Chris Harris is "supposedly" a GP rider FFS.
dorset delight
Cracking meeting, even though we lost. Fair play to Poole, but Bees did deserve a point for entertainment value alone. When the racing is this good, I can almost accept defeat graciously Hansen was a revelation, Fisher and Howarth well in the mix, great riding from Newman. Speedway is getting its mojo back. Fair play Speedybee If Coventry continue to ride like that, you will win far more than you will lose.
Bee 26
Cracking meeting on a slick track. Good effort from the Bees and a shame not to come away with a point. What is going on with Harris, his gating is getting worse apart from 1 decent gate Hopefully Garrity will improve as looks to be struggling at the minute Roll on Friday where hopefully we can turn Leicester over! BluPanther
Thought the track was garbage, way too slick and bumpy, and only one dirt line up against the fence...
