CardinalSin
Ricky Wells guests for Ritchie Worrall.
Baldyman
That's a reasonable choice.
dontforgetthefueltapsbruv
A good replacement IMO. Wells has been consistently competitive on his Foxhall visits. Would expect Plymouth to struggle but then look at their performance last week and you never know. Id be very happy with a 12 point win. torpointfanatic22
Ipswich is a very tough place to go - Barker knows it well though and Rasmus saw it last season so at least has an idea of the place. If Simota and Kalle dial in early we could be competitive and that's not factoring in any input from Kyle. I'd be surprised if Benko or Reade do much though. I expect us to get beat but then I didn't think we'd turn Rye over so who knows! The lads have their tails up that's for sure!
Baldyman
Ricky Wells guests for Ritchie Worrall.I think we will see a fair few guests this season. As for the match, I suppose a returning Barker will suddenly find the fastest way around our track, which he very rarely managed last season. Both teams have one reserve that can score double figures, and I have a feeling that kalle will do enough to maybe earn the Devils a point taking 7 rides. It could also be pretty important how Cameron gets on his first ride to how his evening will go.
2ndbendbeerhut
Wells and Manzares at 1 and 2, when was the last time we had 2 American's in the lineup? (well probably mid 80's) Another week of unknowns, But most importantly being on the fitness of Heeps, Manzares, Tungate and Ellis! Should be a max win for the Witches but its meetings like this that the Witches seem to struggle in.
2ndbend
Wonder if Simota will turn up? Guessing he won't get a warm receiption after his last visit.

Siggytastic
When was his last visit and what happened? He was involved in the crash that ended Mark Loram's speedway career.
CardinalSin
Wonder if Simota will turn up? Guessing he won't get a warm receiption after his last visit. He won't get a bad one at all. Yes he was the cause of the crash that ended Loram's career no doubt about that, but everyone in the stadium that night could clearly see it was an accident and he didn't mean it. He picked up some unexpected drive on the back straight and lost control, pure accident.
lewy
Just had a look at crash on u tube in no way did simota deliberately take loram out so as cardinalsin says why should he get a bad reception! Most of the ipswich fans are a reasonable bunch and know the difference between an accident and dirty riding lets hope all the riders stay safe and its a good meeting c,mon the devils! :-)
SCB
Also lets not forget before that Crash Sam was improving at a great rate and looked set to become a decent rider. He then went backwards. It probably effected him and his career too.
London Racer
Simota was IMO going to be a class act, however that accident and more importantly the crash in the play off final in 2006 changed that. Still should be a top rider in the PL this season.
Emma T
Could be a closer one this! - mind you I've said that the last two weeks.
torpointfanatic22
Could be a closer one this! - mind you I've said that the last two weeks. That statement alone is enough to show how far Plymouth have come over the past seasons. We may still get hammered but opposing fans thinking we will get close is good enough for me. Oh and updates will be here... http://speedwayupdates.proboards.com/thread/13167/ipswich-plymouth-lc-10-30pm?page=1&scrollTo=236790
Bagpuss
Why no Kalle in heat 15?! #Fail
Former devil
Why no Kalle in heat 15?! #Fail I thought only programmed rides counted towards heat 15, so thats probably why? He should have had 7 rides though and taken 1 of Newmans or Simotas rides. Bad management that that didn't happen. I wasn't there but from what i've read I would have put Jensen on the tactical instead of Ben.
Penny Cross
Kalle did only have 2 programmed rides, Ht 2, 2pts and Ht12, 3pts. The real mess up was taking him out of his programmed ride in Ht9, were he could and should have had a T/R. Not the best use of resources. 2ndbendbeerhut
Strange TM by the devils, Simota or Katajisto should have been TR in 9, Heeps and Risager were struggling. Strange that Reade was in too. Then Katajisto should have replaced Newman in heat 12 to give him his 7th ride. Ipswich always seemd in control of the meeting. Thanks to Wells for being a great replacement for Worrall. Barker was Barker, hasn't learnt that the outside line doesn't work in heat 1, and you shouldn't turn left down the straight. Manzares did well to take avoiding action in heat 15, certainly picked on the wrong Witch there....... Also had a bit of a "go" with Wells in 13. Super Blue
A good win for the Witches tonight ! Ricky Wells did a good job as guest , scoring well . Gino proved what an astute signing he is . Morten is unpredictable but did get screwed over by Cam in ht 3 . Cam is currently a big concern for me with no confidence at all . Rohan did OK apart from destroying the tapes . Adam had 2 good wins and 2 random falls , bizarre . Ritchie certainly his bit in the victory . Overall pretty pleased with the teams performance !
