CaptainAudi
We did a DVD of his top 12 heats of 2013 to go with the booklet we produced, and two of these were team rides with a much slower Derek Sneddon at Ipswich and Newcastle, both 5-1s. I think you'd agree it isn't feasible at the moment to team ride with Aaron until he gets a bit more experience. Those were two incredible rides! Not an old style team ride either! Cookie went deep on each corner and cut right back up the inside, creating a barrier that the home riders couldn't get past. If I remember correctly it was Lindgren At Newcastle and Risager at Ipswich. The thing with cookie is, 9/10 he gates quicker than his partner, so it would be foolish for him to slow up to let them past.
HadrianDog
As a Diamonds fan, I was really pleased to see Steve Worrall back to his winning ways. Edinburgh, your gain is our loss and looking forward to seeing back at Brough, even if on their currant form, he will run rings around our existing reserves. Robinh88
Berwick look very similar to 2013 on closer viewing. No Number One, Aspegren has been replaced by Kus (very inconsistant) Steen could still be the difference maker for Berwick in 2014 that being said if not we are alarmingly similar to 2013 We are out of the Group. Don't think we will beat Glasgow away and we will be lucky to get 30 at Workington Our saving grace to Workington at home maybe that Grazjonek and Bach have never racked up consistantly decent scores at Berwick paticularly the latter. So we are focusing in effect on the PL. Season over by June in my opinion

YAMYAMBANDIT
Whike Berwick have to re-group I think the second part of the statement is beyond us after this week-ends results. As a fan of speedway, it was a very good meeting, thouroughly enjoyed the meeting, close to the end, Berwick were beaten by a very balanced team who probably will be contesting for a top 4 position. As a Berwick fan, I never like to loose, but Hey Ho, cannot win them all

Edinburgh will almost certainly get a least one more away win and remain undefeated round their own track, so they are a shoe in to qualify, to qualify for the next stage of this competition Berwick will need to win all remaining home meetings and get a couple of away wins along the way, trouble is where that would be I wouldn't know.

screm
your forgetting about Workington who would be my favourites to qualify. Fair point, so for Berwick to displace either Workington or Edinburgh is going to be just about impossible, not unless Berwick can go to the likes of Workington and win. Django
Edinburgh will qualify, we won't get anything up there and they will probably get a point off us at home and we may struggle at Berwick too
Al Stewart
Edinburgh will qualify, we won't get anything up there and they will probably get a point off us at home and we may struggle at Berwick too I don't know why you would be quite as pessimistic as that. It's possible you will be right, I hope you are but I think Workington are the strongest team in the PL.

Robinh88
Workington I reckon will win at Glasgow, Grazjonek and Bach give them an edge in 13 and
Dekker
Serious question for Monarchs fans on here. I saw Heat 5 from last night's meeting on FB with Cook in his pomp. It got me thinking though. I don't see him week in week out. For those who do, does he team ride when he hits the front early doors in a heat or does he just gets many bike lengths ahead of everyone? Question answered and quite impressively at that. Glad to see he reads the comments on this forum and takes the advice of a Tiger's fan.
