adz_mft
Hi all, There is now a petition online to save the stadium. With the stadium owners taking their case to parliament now,the outcome could effect stadiums across the country. Could you possibly just take 1 minute to sign it. Cheers Adz http://epetitions.direct.gov.uk/petitions/62894

The White Knight
I've signed - ALL THE BEST to Mildenhall.
Bostonian
Also signed. Really REALLY grates me to see that people move to an area where there is a sports arena, and then complain about the noise. And worst still, councils then backing them up! The track was there before they moved, people can move houses, towns or even countries but stadiums are there and there to stay.. If they didn't like it why the hell did they decide to move there in the first place!

Ommer Mon
Good luck to the 'bog moggies' with this petition. I have signed it and there are now over 4000 signatures on there. Come on everybody sign up. It is virtually impossible to find locations to reintroduce speedway stadia when they are lost but to now have a situation where current venues can be closed by a couple of objectors who deny they knew about the Stadium (in spite of living only 400 yards from it) will see our sport (and plenty of other leisure persuits) disappear at a rate of knots. Whatever happened to 'due diligence' and 'buyer beware'.
tocha
Signed. But where does this leave other stadiums which have been in existence before new housing estates have been built, Rye House for example?
Woz01
Ive signed, over 4,600 signed the petition.
maneacat
Signed. If it can happen to Mildenhall in this sparsely populated area of The Fens close to noisy american air bases heaven help other stadia in the UK.
Neil H
Signed. As maneacat says, if it can happen at Mildenhall then most track could be at serious risk.

Oafski
Signed. But where does this leave other stadiums which have been in existence before new housing estates have been built, Rye House for example? Signed and forwarded to friends to sign as well. I did hear that the People who moved into those new flats near the track had to sign an agreement that they couldn't complain about the noise from the track but don't know if there is any truth in that.
