Coventry V Birmingham, 28 Mar 14

Think it is due to the track not being fit still. We have had terrible rain last few days which would have made it hard to do the track

Hopefully the gap before the next meeting will give them time to sort the track

If there is a next Meeting

With a track that's still not great, add the rain that is just starting in the city centre I doubt anybody wants to get there and at 7pm it's called off or the meeting goes ahead with riders just trying to get round the track it's just not worth it. No win situation

the pictures that appeared on facebook this morning, told the tail, no chance of it being on, track looks a very long way off from being ready.

so hats off to Mick for apologizing this week, can we now expect the same from the stadium?????

Not often I agree with Havelock but in this case I think he's got a good point. How the track got to be like this since the photos posted this morning I do not know being as fans on Facebook have been saying there has been no rain.

Whoever reads this from Coventry Speedway/stadium thanks a lot!!!!

From the pictures this meeting was never going to happen, why wait until 5:30 to call it off???

I've now had three wasted journeys to Brandon in a week. Who shall I send my diesel bill to ?????

What started very badly last Friday is getting worse and worse....may as well give up, looks like they have!
