Real gutsy 2nd place from AJ, still got it. Going to a last heat decider this one..

Wouldn't be at all surprised. 3 excellent value meetings this weekend from Poland and the bonus from Landshutt. Great stuff.

Pedersen Hampel part 2 coming up :) Throw in Jonsson and now a Pawlicki should be a recipe for a good race.

And a good race we certainly got and Piotr won it!

Looked like Pawlicki hit the spot that claimed Dudek in heat 1 on that 4th bend. Can Pepe roll back the years & help Hampel win the match for Falubaz???

:-) Doesn't normally work that way!

What a sting in the tail that was. Credit to ZG, Leszno will feel like they've had their pockets picked! The Leszno reserves were outstanding tonight.

Krzysztof Kasprzak's injury could be so serious that he risks missing the entire season.

Apparently he has a broken leg and a also a serious Cruciate ligament injury. These injuries requires surgery and the recovery

can last up to 6 months which obviously would mean no more racing this season.

The source is the local newspaper from the town where Kryz' Swedish team is from and they cite espeedway.pl as their source.

Sportowefakty whilst quoting the six month possibility also state;

"As reported bane of your account on Facebook, a competitor has broken cruciate ligament tibial and front cross in his left knee. This injury requires surgery, after which it must be long, up to 6-month rehabilitation.

But perhaps due to a special brace and using "tejpowania", will be enough to stabilize the limb to allow the player a ride to the end of the tournament. Sam leader Grand Prix declares its willingness to start when scheduled for May 17th round of the Finnish Tampere."

If he goes the latter course i hope he's not risking even more long-term damage in the event of a further fall.

Sunday 25th May 1pm Div 1 Rzeszow v Grudziadz followed by

3.30 pm Tarnow v Czestochowa

Czestochowa reported to only have Kildemand from their top line of riders in Tarnow so don't think it will be much of a spectacle. They are missing Laguta, Walasek, MJJ & Holta due to financial problems.
