Hunters
Hi Gemini I enjoyed the book and have passed it to the third Generation to educate him on the days when it really was a sport. You seem to have a better knowledge of music than me so can you tell me what the music was that the Hunters marched out to? Nearly 70 years on the tune is still buzzing around in my head. The only words I can put to it are ' You'll be far better off, far better off, in the end '. Which is probably all wrong.

As to the music the Hunters marched out to I hope you realize I won't sleep tonight now trying to remember what it was. I thought it had always been 'Imperial Echoes' but you've got me thinking now. If I find out I'll let you know.

Midland Red
Imperial Echoes I think. Should be compulsory at all tracks Plus original body colours Plus yellow and black helmet covers Plus black leathers - or blue with white boots if your name's Boocock Plus bike racks on back of cars Plus track spares Plus 13 heat matches plus full 2nd halves OMG I've gone again!!!!
