tellboy
Thought I would get this one going. Not sure if it's in the right section but it does involve an EL team. I am really looking forward to this one, what with 5 GP stars inc the top 3 in the world, world U21 champion and a former Kings Lynn rider in the Polish team. This is quite a mouth watering start to the team event season. I also see the Polish website is promoting this one quite big aswell. With all travel arrangements and hotels to stay at in Kings Lynn.Don't know whether they expect many to travel from Poland but you never know, they are very passionate about the sport. I've even got a Polish lad coming from work who's never been to speedway before.

Daniel Smith
Also looking forward to it massively but also, this is just a practice / testing equipment session for all so not overly expecting wheel to wheel, elbow to elbow stuff. BritPete
Swindon had a challenge match against Lejonen, several years ago. We are still waiting for the away leg!
Chalkie
Just for interest Zielona Gora means Green Mountain in Polish-went there a couple of years ago to see them ride Czestochowa in the league after the GP in Gorzow-fantastic stadium (as are most in Poland) and very successful team-wish I could make it to Kings Lynn on the 19th! I think practice starts at 5pm on Tuesday, with apparently an autograph session as well. Incidentally does anyone know what the start time is for the match on Wednesday.I just assumed it was 7:30pm which it says on th BSPA site, but on the King's Lynn website it says 7:00PM Edited March 10, 2014 by tellboy
Catabracadabra
Should be a very good test. It will show the difference in standards and how strong and top class teams in the ekstraliga really are. I will be up there with the falubaz fanem, in green and yellow. If the racing is so so on track then the difference will be made up with the atmosphere and excitement we will make. If fans in the uk were more like us falubaz fanem then the atmosphere at most tracks would be so much better. At times in zielona gora stadium the fans and the atmosphere make up for a bad meeting and you don't even realise it's been a off par meeting as there's so much going on, exciting, bright, vibrant, loud, tribal, empowering. Would love speedway to have that loud and proud feeling. Over here The best we have are probably Cradley fans but that only equates to about 30-40 people. Some years ago now I suggested getting a supporter's group for this very thing at King's Lynn & about 3 people thought it a good idea. It would be the biggest grower for speedway in this Country, I firmly believe that. Edited March 10, 2014 by screamer
Bagpuss
I don't think its something that will ever get off the ground in this part of the world screamer, generally speaking Norfolk people are too laid back and stand-offish.
