Not the greatest of meetings, but to be honest, I wasn't too fussed. Of far more importance is that Woffinden has got things sorted and is looking like the World Champion he is.

Very confident can put up a strong defence of his title now.

Fortunately most people on here 'are fussed' and can see the bigger picture, interested in the sport as a whole not just the results of their favourite rider !

Is it just me or did anyone else not get the Final transmitted by Eurosport as the riders were getting ready on the ramp my coverage ended

NOT IMPRESSED

Had the same thing happen myself, normally I would screw esp with Tai in the final. However with that rubbish last night, it was no mega deal, just saw the result on the updates site. Well Done Matej!!

A total shambles, I mean a track with long straights and a narrow entry to the bends is a recipe for a gate and go borefest. Way too slick, Ruts appearing, almost every race with riders lifting violently off bend two. To compound the misery they overwatered the track during the interval which made it way too greasey! !!

Not one of the SGPs finest hours and we go to Prague next for more gate and go speedway!

No, just a few folk interested in continuing to have a pop at bsi.

The meeting was poor, it happens in speedway, many wembley world finals were very poor too.

The bigger picture is the man who has generated more publicity in this country than we have seen in years is back on form. That is great news for British speedway.

Overall, certainly not one of the best GPs.

Stadium looked only about half-full to me, so quite disappointing.

You know the racing isn't up to much when the commentator says something like "that was a decent speedway race" only once / twice during the meeting.

I'm all for taking the sport to new venues, but needs work for next year.

This is supposed to be top-draw high-level world motorsport, but this wasn't what I was watching.

Many more meetings like that and they're soon wouldn't be any speedway in Britain, in a nutshell dreadfull a borefest. As for the Wembley finals they were not the best had some isolated good racing but boy what an experience anybody who went will tell you that the excitement atmosphere nothing comes to close to that now never will.As for Tai was chuffed for him, i hope he kicks on and mounts a strong defence of his title.Has his problems got anything to do with Peter Johns?i wonder( ie) he has also got alot of other clients to tune for does he get preference as a world champion.

Poor meeting on a poor track and didn't get to see the final as Sky Plus stopped just before it! But great to see Tai with his mojo back. Lynn pair were poor but more concerned with them being in one piece for our meetings.

Yes, there was a lot of publicity for the sport when Tai won, much more than you might expect given the general lack of press coverage in most of the media. However, the effect of this only lasts so long, and you would expect to see some tangable evidence at some point . What's the evidence that it has put more bums on seats in the domestic scene?

You'd think by now, they would have worked out how to size/shape and prep a track. Two terrible meetings in one week, one from King's Lynn and now this.

Sat and watched the SGP as normal, but what amazed on what was on offer. A truly terrible meeting, on a ridiculous track, that did no one any favours, lest of all the sport. If this is the best that can be offered to the public, one has to question those whose makes them decisions.

The worse Grand Prix for some time........ Just pleased no one got injured
