mdmc82
Really liking the look of the line up. Is Sarjeant no longer riding in it now Ipswich are racing the same night as noticed his name as disappeared from the list. This would explain why no King announced. Surprised not to see KK or Hans in line up as I rememberHarris saying in a interview that they were two of the riders he most enjoyed riding with. Line up so far: 1.Chris Harris 2.Nicki Pedersen 3.Rory Schlein 4.Edward Kennett 5.Kenneth Hansen 6.Scott Nicholls 7.Jason Doyle 8.Bjarne Pedersen 9.Kyle Howarth 10.Mikkel Bech 11.Kacper Woryna 12. Reviresco
Isn't James Saergant riding? As mdmc82 mentioned, Sarj was announced (on the day that the El & PL fixtures were released) as riding, but Ipswich are due at Scunthorpe on Sunday 20th March so assuming that is why he is not listed now and why Danny King has not been included in Chris' Testimonial line-up. Main Man
The Danish influence on Chris Harris’s Testimonial has increased to five with Grand Prix rider NIELS KRISTIAN IVERSEN added to what is becoming a tremendous turn out of world stars “PUK”, as he known , joins fellow countrymen Nikki Pedersen, Mikkel Bech, Bjarne Pedersen and Kenneth Hansen in the 16 man field that will do battle on Sunday 20th March at Coventry in a 20 heat showdown with four finals. The World No, 3 in 2014 has elected to sit out the 2016 Elite League after spending the past five seasons in Kings Lynn colours . First came to the UK joining Kings Lynn in 2001 for their final three meetings but then didn’t return until Newport brought him back in 2003. Four Times Danish Champion , winning the title for the past four years and has four Grand Prix wins to his credit and one of the most stylish performers in World Speedway. Chris is really looking forward to his big day, “ Every time we add another top name to the line-up I get more and more excited about the meeting. Puk’s inclusion is a big plus as he is not riding in Britain this year and is a top drawer addition . Roll on March 20th I say!”
markyb
Hey Bomber - a fantastic line up and one I am sure will bring in many real speedway fans - only hope the weather is kind for you fella. Great to see that your rivals are also your friends too in wanting to take part (the most amazing imo is Scott - well done both as the media had painted a much different picture of your relationship) Happy days ! Main Man
Coventry fan’s favourite JASON GARRITY has been added to the impressive line-up for the Chris Harris Testimonial at Brandon on Sunday March 20th . The popular Mancunian has made the big step up into the main body of the Bees side for the forthcoming season as well as returning to double-up with Premier League side Sheffield. He joined the Tigers mid-way through the 2015 season after electing initially to forgo the Premier League leaving Rye House to concentrate on his Elite League racing. He was an instant success at Sheffield and finished top of their averages in 2015 with a 8. 46 figure scoring 201 points in 20 matches. Started riding in 2009 joining Buxton after becoming the British Under 15 Champion in 2008 and won the league title with the Hitmen the following season. Was British under 19 Champ in 2011 and also won the National League Rider’s Champion the same year. Now in his third season at Coventry he really wanted to ride in the meeting , he said, “ Chris has done so much to help me and has been a great skipper. When I got back from my holiday in Australia I was straight on the phone asking to be included .” Chris commented , “ How could I not include Jase. He is such a character and the fans love him.” Exciting young Aussie Max Fricke, who impressed one and all at Brandon in the Play-offs in 2014 in Bees colours as a guest, joins a star studded line-up for the Chris Harris Testimonial on Sunday March 20th. The Belle Vue rider , three times Australian Under 21 Champion in 2013-15, first came to the UK in 2013 spending two seasons with the Monarchs taking a league winners medal in 2014 and also was one half the Premier League Pairs winners that same year. The 19 year old is highly rated and will undoubtedly be a spoiler in the meeting which promises to be a humdinger looking at the line-up so far. Chris believes that it will be a meeting not to miss, “ I can’t believe at the response from the lads who have agreed to ride, the line-up is looking very juicy! Adding Max to it is another good capture as the lad rides Coventry so well .”

SCB
There about 10 riders in that line up I would pay to see, not often you can say that about an individual meeting. When it was first announced Bomber had a testimonial I couldn't wait but last year line up was just a huge let down for a guy who has entertained me more than any other rider and who for many years carried Team GB in the SWC and was our best rider in the GPs. Good to see he now has the line up he deserves and I just hope the weather plays ball and he gets the crowd he deserves for the meeting! And I'll have 50p on the last rider being KK.
