Star Fever
Teams according to Stars website are: Leicester (Red): Mads Korneliussen, Peter Ljung, Patrick Hougaard & Joonas Kylmakorpi Swindon (Blue): Hans Andersen, Peter Kildemand, Troy Batchelor & Nicolai Klindt King’s Lynn (White): Kenneth Bjerre, Rory Schlein, Richie Worrall & Morten Risager Newport (Yellow): Niels-Kristian Iversen, Cameron Woodward, Scott Nicholls & Ty Proctor Looks a pretty competitive lineup. Shame there's no Porsing for the Stars though. Yep looks good but.. Morten Risager? I suppose he's a mate of Mads but his Lynn connection is a bit vague lol. Ah well should be a good meeting though I won't be expecting Lynn to win it - not that it really matters ofc.
A ORLOV
Looks to be a good meeting, unfortunately have prior arrangement but wish all fans an exciting meeting and riders a safe one. Edited March 14, 2014 by A ORLOV

When Lynn came back to the EL wasn't Risager named in the team,or squad I'm sure he had some races for Lynn anyway.

If something is going on I always check results so I end up never watching the recorded sport, if that makes sense

Bagpuss
Decent meeting to kick the season off raced in glorious weather. Leicester fans were different class on the first bend. Roll on Wednesday evening.

Daniel Smith
After leaving the sh!yte on the box early raced down to track and only missed the 1st heat. So pleased I made it. There was some good racing on show, beautiful weather & a terrific crowd. Mads must have been so pleased. Rider of the day for me was Kildermand. This bloke gets a bit loose on the bike but boy is he great to watch. Right out of the younger Nicki Pedersen draw.
Trees
Mads must have been well pleased with the meeting, it was a pleasure to support him. Disappointed there wasn't any merchandise tbh but that's a minor thing! So glad all riders came away without hitting the deck :-) Wish Mads all the best for his Leicester stint, can tell now that the Leicester fans will love his never say die style :-) Edited March 16, 2014 by Trees
kelvinht
Buster did well to get a decent racing strip after the stocks yesterday. Good opener, lovely and sunny if a tad cool in the wind, especially later on - glad I didn't put my shorts on! Several decent races and quite a few squeaky bum moments....fun day....don't think anyone told the riders.... Good luck at Leicester Mads, real shame you ain't back here again next season - here's to the next 10 years, hopefully a few more in the Stars colours at some point!
micman
Well, that was a fun way to say goodbye to our speedway friends at Mads testimonial meeting. Great day, good racing, perfect weather and a decent crowd for Mads. Shame the referee had had a complete sense of humour bypass but the paying public seemed to appreciate the tongue in cheek topical comments and that's all that matters! Thanks for asking me Mads - it was a great way to finally leave British speedway presentation duties

EnglishRoundabout
We get used to it at Blunsdon. The hot dog stall on bend two comes under fire most weeks!
