It wasnt Sheffield speedway it was the stadium owners

Most people cant distinguish the difference , but that was done to death at the time and last year's PLRC never had the same problem

Well done Somerset, great performance, makes up for being the best Pair and not winning on the night.

That's two trophies in the clubhouse so far this season.

A fitting compensation for being cruelly robbed that night

Robbed! we would of won it anyway.

But well done to the rebels on what seems a well deserved victory. Not in enough race wins in the end for us monarchs but we are going to win everything else so we may as well give other teams some of silverware. :approve:

Four hours to run the meeting. Thank gawd the weather was decent and I'd brought lots of food & drink. Found myself totally disinterested in the outcome, despite some decent racing once the deadwood had been eliminated. It's not the same when your teams not involved.

Well done boys! That was a pleasant surprise to be honest. Makes up for the Pairs disappointment.

Sounds like a mess of a meeting though - far too many problems. The Pairs went without a hitch - maybe the Fours should be run at the OTA as well! ;)
