You found that lovely cube of floating crust too hard to resist tho English...

Crump99
Now now crumpie....you know Robins fans are too busy on their own thread (100 odd pages isn't it?) at the moment to rise to the bait.... Two bob team. Panthers 2014 EL & PL threads combined total 130 pages and we've got no fans apparently. It took a dig at SteveO to apply jump leads to the Swindon thread at one point when it stalled in the cold weather It is fair to say that our resident Poole mentalist was a large irritant and contributor to those threads and a few of its offshoots are still in operation so perhaps not quite as impressive on the face of it! EnglishRoundabout
Best of British this year anyway. Love the Peterborough track and will miss my visits there with the Robins.
Crump99
Best of British this year anyway. Love the Peterborough track and will miss my visits there with the Robins. So will we! So much expectation but usually only just behind Wolverhampton as the easiest 3 points of the season (someone nudge brum to that). Unfortunately we reciprocate at Blundson and Monmore, but not this year!
Noodles
Just seen this on official website: http://www.peterboroughpanthers.co/news.php?extend.2042.2 Seems a great idea and will hopefully prove popular with more neutral fans attending. I agree, although it does seem strange that both tracks are two of the biggest and yet neither side has historically performed that well at either place (whilst accepting of course they are completely different shape) Incidentally, I would put Lakeside before Swindon as your easiest 3 points!

Does take some explaining on both counts as you say.

Blackadder
When Carl Stonehewer was riding for Sheffield, he was brought down once, from memory by a Newport rider, and grabbed a shovel from one of the track staff to get his revenge. The announcer played Ace Of Spades by Motorhead, which was quite comical.

It was good of you to finish 12 points adrift in 2008 though to keep our worst side in living memory off the bottom of the table. That manicured centre green is looking a bit rough! bdjfan
I do hope Craig Saul isn't going to do all that introduction on every rider on every home meeting it's pretty boring much rather see them just get on their bikes and do a few practice laps!! It was the first meeting of the season so more detailed introductions seem appropriate.
