Gemini
If that team fits the points limit that would suit me, although where was Chris Mills riding this season?

Islander15
If that team fits the points limit that would suit me, although where was Chris Mills riding this season? 40.00 is the limit again, it was agreed for 3 years and 2014 will be the third year. Mills averaged 3.00 for Workington this season, meaning he can double up on 5.00 if I'm correct.
Banani
Jacobs would be good again at 1 and could improve on that average, be interesting to see if Mildenhall try and sign him for next season.

Like the EL/PL

Like the EL/PL 3.00 / 0.6 = 5.00 Which is the same conversion from EL to PL I believe.
adz_mft
Although Mills hasn't rode in the lower league for a few years,I'd be very surprised if they don't use or get close to his old average tbh
Greg
Another reason i think u wont get Mills is that he doing alot more grasstrack and that takes up alot of his weekends.
Jayne
Although Mills hasn't rode in the lower league for a few years,I'd be very surprised if they don't use or get close to his old average tbh No way Mills will be a 5pt NL rider if he wants to double up/down then he would have to use his old NL/CL average. Althugh unless the current rules change he would be ineligble to double up as he is over 25.
Ben91
3.00 / 0.6 = 5.00 Which is the same conversion from EL to PL I believe. PL to NL conversion is double the PL average. Different to EL to PL conversion.

If it has changed then Kent can feel very hard done by having used Boxall on a much higher average than they could have had him on.

The 0.6 thing is in the rule book on the bspa site.
Ben91
Really, that's interesting, cheers fella. Can't think of anyone else who dropped down to see if their averages were converted that way, still it's strange that Boxall came down on double his PL average then. NeilWatson
COVENTRY Speedway are delighted to confirm a deal has been agreed to make promising youngster Oliver Greenwood an asset of the club. Greenwood, 18, rode for Coventry Storm in their debut National League campaign this year, and delivered a string of solid performances despite missing the opening three months due to a badly broken wrist. Now promoter Mick Horton has concluded negotiations with his Scunthorpe counterpart Rob Godfrey to enable a full transfer to take place, and Greenwood is expected to again line up for the Storm next season and also hopefully gain further Premier League experience after several guest bookings late-on in 2013. Horton said: “We’re really pleased to complete this deal, and once again it’s another promising young rider for the future that we’ve added to the club’s asset base. “I would like to thank Rob Godfrey at Scunthorpe for his co-operation in our talks, and the deal was finalised on Wednesday evening. “We look forward to having Oliver back with the Storm in 2014 and it’s more positive news to have him on board with the club.”
