DutchGrasstrack
Wittstock will not race in the 2nd liga next year. They have to pay a 10.000 euro fee to the PZM and they will not get it back because they are not a Polish club ...
racers and royals
Big row between Emil Satfutdinov and Czestochowa-Sportowefakty have published a letter from Emil to I understand not the club but the town(council) officals-Google translation so not in great English-however one can work out Emil was on the £ equivilent of £1500 per point plus signing on fee !!   Ladies and Gentlemen .  I decided to write to you the letter on the club speedway Włókniarz Czestochowa SA , because you are the only ones who can help me in my current situation, and I also know that several of you are fans of speedway .  As you know in December 2012 I decided to compete in the team Włókniarz after seven years in Bydgoszcz. Negotiations regarding the contract on behalf of the club led me Mr. Arthur Sukiennik sales director KJG Company, which is a sponsor of the club. He assured me together with people from the club in the person of Mr. Kowalski Mizgalskiego and that the club is a reliable partner and always governs all obligations with respect to competitors participating in the team Włókniarz .  Problems with current payments in relation to which my people , the club had been since May of this year. Many times I have met with Mr. Sukiennikiem , Mr. Mizgalskim and Mr. Kowalski on rising debt , and every time I ensured that I do not have to worry , because if you do during the season, that's for sure after the end of all arrears will be paid with respect to me . For Włókniarz season in 2013 won 174 points until 31.10.2013 club did not pay me for 123 points, and the amount of this stemmed what is 832 095 zł gross plus several installments of the amount to prepare for the season in the amount of 306 000 zł gross .  To help the club in its difficult situation after another meeting with my manager Mr. Mizgalskim and Mr. Kowalski and after telephone conversations with the wife of Lord Sukiennik , which is a proxy in the club , and he was at that time in custody , agreed that 400 000 zł gross will I be paid until the end of November 2013 , and the rest of the backlog was entered into the addendum to the contract and is to be paid by the end of July 2014.  Unfortunately , once again the club and those representing it failed to comply with the agreements concluded and until 12.12.2013 year on my account received only the amount of EUR 98 000 zł gross , informing me that he is trying to hard to repay indebtedness to my people what I have because I do not believe such assurances have heard many times.  Please understand me, this period is for me now very heavy. Season finished injury , which I referred at the track fighting for points for Włókniarz fall exclude me from further competition for the top trophies and took me the opportunity to continue to earn money.  Arrears terms of my mechanics and parts suppliers are the reason for me to frustration , because for the first time in my professional career, I am in such a situation.  I came to Włókniarz with high hopes and a great desire to fight for the best final result.  I enjoyed seeing the crowd so many fans for whom the ride was a huge pleasure.  I felt the pride of being a leader of this team , earning her many meetings highest number of points , and with the highest average points per race .  Never, in the worst forecasts , did not suspect that at the end of the season I will face such a sad situation , as a result of which I will have to ask for your help.  I very much hope that you will be able to influence the peerage managers club and after your intervention , finally something moves in my case , because my promises so far submitted by the board members and co-owners of the club turned out to be just empty words.  Hopefully I will expect a positive solution in my case.  Emil Sajfutdinow " . brandonbee48
I flipped from reading the article on Sportowefakty to this thread, and (as usual ) you beat me to it. Total sympathy for Emil in this situation. I've always found it reprehensible for a rider to risk his neck and then not get paid for doing so.I'm sure some of us have been "stiffed" somewhere along the way, and it's not a nice feeling. What seems to have brought things to a head is the signing of Walasek (and presumably the transference of coinage which miraculously appeared out of somewhere. !). Perhaps our friend Pawel who has his ear close to the ground in the land of the zloty can add something to the boiling pot. Regards. Alan. pawel115
It was similar story with Tomas Jonason clubs are offering big money to attract riders and then find out that they have no money when it comes down to payin them
spiegal
Always been teh same ..I can remember 2 of USA riders telling everyone of the huge deals they had...my answer was "Tell me that when you actually get paid"...one of them £10,000 later still was going every Sunday hoping to get paid.... brandonbee48
2014 lineups announced here. Let the debate begin. Â http://www.sportowefakty.pl/zuzel/394633/sklady-druzyn-enea-ekstraliga-2014 Â I didn't paste it in directly as it is a long page and our Polish "Ace" Racers and Royals will ,i'm sure, give us a nice, neat summary of it all. Â Whets the appetite for spring Sundays! All the best. Alan. In addition, here are Liga 1 and 2 lineups. pandorum
I see Bellego is giving Poland a spin in League 2 and a couple of the Russian kids but notice none of our youngsters there. So even the French have riders with ambition but our lot whine if they have to travel further than the end of the street. No wonder we are a joke internationally (with the obvious exception of course) Â Some obvious standouts in the top league Edited December 16, 2013 by pandorum

pandorum
 What have I been doing on the OP since October ? Ritchie Woralls riding in Div 1 for Daugavpils  Yes but Richie Worral is well established here at both PL and EL level I was commenting on the lack of young 'unknown' lads like the huge amount of foreign 'unknowns' we get here every year who don't know the language nor the culture and are not overburdened with cash but have the ambition to travel thousands of miles to foreign lands to try to make an impression. Ours never seem to put themselves out for some reason.   I have to take you up on this.  The future of British speedway is assured.  Speedway Wanda Krakow Name Country Year of birth Oliver Allen Great Britain  All the best. mikec
Seems that Torun have laid out some serious money for the Gniezno reserve Oskar Fajfer, see link below:  http://www.sportowefakty.pl/zuzel/410443/kosztowny-transfer-unibaksu-wicemistrz-polski-zaplacil-za-oskara-fajfera-400-tys  Don't know too much about him myself, was wondering how he compares with other promising young Poles like Pieszczek, Przedpelski & Czaja. Hoping R&R or one of our other Polish contributors can enlighten us. Thanks.
