Soul Crew
Ok folks, This place has become very negative the last 12 months, we see a lot of mud slinging (some justified, some not) So lets have off each poster 1 Positve about the sport and 1 Negative, these are obviously in your own opinion, will be interesting to compare the views, if you can also state what league you attend the majority of your meetings in? I will go first Main League : Elite League Positive : Family friendly, safe environment for all ages Negative : Long delays (Not knowing when a meeting is going to finish, leading to late night drive home on Motorway)
AndyJ
Main League : EL Positive: those moments of pure brilliance where the quality of racing reminds us why we fell in love with this sport of ours. Negative: the fact that UK speedway appears to be in terminal decline and that little appears to be being done to tackle this constructively. Deano
Elite League - Birmingham Positive - The thrill of watching a really good close race. Negative - The atmosphere, to honest, it's dire 99.9% of the time. To the point where sometimes I really wish I hadn't bothered going as I just don't get any buzz from it. The White Knight
Premier League - Newcastle. Positives: The Racing, the friendliness of the Supporters, the Chat and Banter. :approve: Negatives: (Which will come as no surprise to anyone) Tactical Ride, Play Offs. Edited October 17, 2013 by The White Knight
SteveLyric2
Elite League - Poole Positive - Being able to see the skills of the top riders eg Ward on a regular basis. Negative - Value for money, because Ward and riders like him are not in every race! Edited October 17, 2013 by Skidder1

Jonimac
EL - Eastbourne Positive: returning to my sport this year, and standing among enthusiastic supporters to watch it. Negatives : how little had change in venue since i last attended 13years ago and the lack of constructive and considered feedback I read on hear to help the sport,
g13webb
Generally all speedway leagues. Positives: enjoying a night out with the excitement of close racing, the smell and mixing with people of the same interest. Negatives: the BSPA always thinking of their own personnel interest first, instead of the whole sport in general.
Blackadder
PL. Positives: As seen in the televised meeting between Somerset and Edinburgh, Speedway can be very enjoyable to watch on a good track featuring 2 well balanced teams. Negatives: Actions from the sport's governors have stagnated in recent years to an alarmimg degree, with too much fire fighting instead of being pro-active. You need to progress these days just to stand still, and generally, Speedway has not done that.
