Elephantman
..... in the week when there should be such positive publicity about a new British World Champion a troubled ex British World Champion garners nearly as much coverage as Tai's win on the BBC website. BluPanther
Another sorry chapter in the life of Mr Lee...EDIT and for those who are too thick to understand the first 9 words in this post, his guilt or innocence is no concern of mine in any shape or form. Popular Post AndyJ
Another story that shouldn't hit the news until the accused is actually convicted.

lucifer sam
Another sorry chapter in the life of Mr Lee... Â Who made you judge and jury? Â Maybe you could wait to see if he's guilty, before condemning the man. Â All the best Rob
Grand Central
Another sorry chapter in the life of Mr Lee... Oh, so he's already guilty? Who made you judge and jury? Maybe you could wait to see if he's guilty, before condemning the man. All the bestp Rob  I think this is a bit of an overreaction.  There was no presumption of guilt implied in the description that this is 'another sorry chapter' in the chap's life.  Guilty or Not Guilty. Mike Lee must think it rather 'sorry'. As opposed to a 'happy chapter'.  Whatever, I think this and any other threads should be curtailed ASAP just to stop us bickering about a subject that will doubtless get out of hand.

We can if it is in the public domain, (i.e. in this case the BBC article).
Guest
We can if it is in the public domain, (i.e. in this case the BBC article). Â Not so. No actual comments can be made now other than that a person has been charged with an offence and how they have pleaded if they have so far appeared in court. That basically is all the BBC article and similar ones in local newspapers have done. A first hearing court report will most likely mention name of the accused, how they pleaded, and whether or not how the case will be proceeded with. Martin Merritt
Innocent until proven guilty? Although the media seem to like naming those who have been accused no matter the consequences should they be proven not guilty :-( Should we not give Mr Lee the benefit of the doubt until such time that we know otherwise?
