Paulco
Win the lottery in the west did we? Or did the gafer send some of the springburn youngsters to steal some cash in return for some exotic wine for the weekend! Best of luck to the monarchs B team Tee hee hee love it . After the depths of despair of the 2013 season , gubbed every week while the bridesmaids at the other end of the M8 were just coming up short . This is looking like a very interesting and exciting side we're building .

Remember the last time you had an exicting team (yes you won the league) but you almost went out of business and this year use are in even worse state financially and if you do well again (obviously not win the league again as that is our job) it could be curtains

Must admit though it will be more costly for the owners now when we visit your place. However you'll benefit though, as this team will draw a bigger Tiger support to see an away win. If only the Monarch's fans would reciprocate when their team is at Ashfield. Edited December 11, 2013 by george.m
Boobs
To get away from the playground insults...... Interesting footnote to the Red Alert issued last night is that Gordon Pairman's name was missing from the lengthy list of signatories. Nothing interesting it is the Director's of the club that have there name at the bottom of the message Gordon is part owner with Alun Biggart whose name is also absent nothing to read into there. Just how i see it through my big eyes! Got to agree with your eyes comment Mr B they are nearly not quite but nearly as big as your mouth . You have to take a risk in life, perhaps not immediately but an investment for next season and onwards. Well Done.

Looking a tasty team build so far Paulco, pleased for you Tiger fans, wasn't long ago it didn't look good for Glasgow speedway, love our trips across and was sad to see the crowds so low this season. Us Comets fans know only too well how it feels with the uncertainty , see you in 2014 when the Mighty Comets come to Ashfield

Lord Antebellum
Wolbert is an expensive signing, even if just to cover his travels, and Berge is by the promotion's own admission, the result of a bidding contest. Where is a club which lost over fifty thousand pounds last summer going to find the funds to underwrite this operation? Oh, and fund an airfence, and refit their burned-out bar-cum-toilet block? scaramanga
very pleased to see glasgow looking like putting together a better team than in recent years ive always found glasgow fans to be very knowledgeable speedway fans with true passion for the sport not only there own club it dosnt matter how many riders they have from 1 team or others as them riders nolonger ride for the club whose fans claim as ther old riders its all down to the presnt 7 riders in the present year im sure that there wont be any team that fields a full 7 man team of all there own assets

Berge may reget not coming to Berwick with his countryman. Dont think he speaks much English. He may regret it but on the other hand may not time will tell. They would need him at reserve though? Fenway Bleachers
Well done to the Tiggers in putting together a very competitive team so far. Whilst it`s never meaningless to beat Glasgow for those of us from further east, last Season it was beginning to mean a bit less, with the one sided thumpings. (Scottish Cup apart, which glasgow deservedly won whilst we were a bit light in the heatleader ranks) However 2014 augurs well for rekindling the rivalry and boosting crowds both ends of the M8. Heat 13`s with Cook, Masters, Kaiser and Pijper should be worth the admission money alone. Hey! i might find myself at Ashfield the odd Sunday rather than the golf course to `cheer` on a few of the Scotwaste Tigers!!
