yoda
Why do you say this? george.m
Why do you say this? I would be fairly happy if that were true. Agreed. Allegiances apart, would give us a fairly solid team to date and one where developing riders would have the pressure taken off them.
fred
Wolbert and Sneddon next If those are the next signings then it's nice of the BSPA to let Edinburgh track a B Team in the league. Will it still be Glasgow Tigers or Glasgow Monarchs B? Edited December 9, 2013 by fred
Gazc
If those are the next signings then it's nice of the BSPA to let Edinburgh track a B Team in the league. Will it still be Glasgow Tigers or Glasgow Monarchs B? We would take the A team mantle and we will be called the Glasgow western commercial scotwaste tigers AKA monarchs A while you shall be known as simply Edinburgh Monarchs B. Paulco
If those are the next signings then it's nice of the BSPA to let Edinburgh track a B Team in the league. Will it still be Glasgow Tigers or Glasgow Monarchs B? The symbiotic nature of the relationship between our two clubs have seen numerous riders cross the great divide . Even the great Charlie Monk went over to the darkside at the end of his career . Why shouldn't we offer credibility to ex-Monarchs rider's cv's ? Fenway Bleachers
Would certainly make for exciting matches at the `dale, whilst the fixtures at Ashfield would be on neutral territory. N`est ce pas?

nagy1
Regarding the last comment I made I had been told from a usually reliable source that we were interested in them! They wouldn't be my choice! Now that Berge has signed I'd like Ringwood, Vissing and Magnus Karlson to complete the team!
Catch Me If You Can
Lol the bandits fans will be guttedLooks a good prospect but a strange move for Berge! His countryman (unless they dont get on) David Bellego at Berwick and would no doubt have mentored him. Also no doubt they would have stayed together.Glasgow must have pushed the boat out! LOL are you talking hypothetically or just guessing?? Given the fact that according to Tigers web several clubs were after him (4 mentioned) it obviously became a bidding war Edited December 10, 2013 by Catch Me If You Can
SCOTLAND1314
Really good signing by Glasgow. Great to see more promising speedway talent coming to Scotland.
DW
It's possible Pijper may have had an influence in the Berge signing. He was instrumental in Bellego signing in 2011
