Crazy robin
Has Rory retired from representing Aussie now as I remember something about it & with them riding at Kings Lynn I'd expect him to be riding?.

Fortunately, or unfortunately, which ever way you want to look at it, the Aussie have quite a few riders over here that would be only too willing to step into the breach. I know he's missing Cardiff at the weekend, but has Chris Holder given up all hope of being fit for World Team Cup then ??

After the very unexpected diagnosis of a hairline fracture in his neck - which had gone undiscovered!!! - he is seeing specialists today. He expects to be told to simply rest - but I guess it depends for how long. Speedway riders being what they are I would usually expect Chris to return asap for what the class as important fixtures - but the way he spoke last night at Poole, this latest injury has clearly come as a shock and I hope he takes the specialist advice seriously!! These guys never cease to amaze me. I know they are well paid and all that but they really do put themselves at great risk of injury and the possibility of not being able to work later on in life. And all for us moaning supporters!!!

Doubt the Aussies would want or need Rory anyway, he is always a big risk in big meetings or heats. With all the promising youngsters coming through they could do a very similar job and potentially much better. Fricke in particular should be first call. TheScotsman
Would have thought Wolves would be slightly ahead of Swindon in the race. Depends whether there is an EL next year of course.
Bagpuss
Even if it's one big league you'd imagine he'll be offered more money by one of the big clubs.
