King's Lynn Stars 2014

To be honest I don't care where he lives, his speedway home is the Norfolk Arena : )

Buzzing for tonight, hope to feel as positive afterwards as I did after last seasons team announcement.

According to his twitter feed, Kenneth is off to Lezsno for a few days so unless this is a 'whopper' to get people of the scent, he's not going to be there this evening but that doesn't mean he hasn't signed for us in 2014.

He is going to Leszno for the Leszno press days and team building, same as Nicki Pedersen.

I have this feeling of apprehension about tonight. According to rumours floating about the Stars team for 2014 the team has already been decided and just need to be named and made official. Strange, as it may seem, all the rumours seem to fit with the availability of riders and points restrictions.

But, Plans and ideas in this world are not usually this straight forward and opinions can vary tremendously. It is for that reason I think there could be a curved ball thrown into the mix tonight. Thinking that, I'm now racking the grey matter to come up with alternative names that might come out tonight. A few spring to mind, but I can't see any that would better the squad than the one the rumours have picked.

I can see there being standing room only at the Walks tonight. Should be more people there tonight than there was to watch the Football Club play there Tuesday night

That was a night of diabolical refereeing decisions that's for sure! I don't often watch the Linnets, but decided to pop up to have a nosey as I thought it'd be a good game. It would've been, if it hadn't have been for the ref I think! There'll be a few hundred there in the Lounge tonight no doubt B) I'll be there and I know what side I'm hoping for and that seems to be the side that a lot of other folk are hoping for too: Niels, Kenneth, Rory, Nicklas and Robert (somehow or other!)

There are too many unknowns and a lot is dependent on young Lambert.

Is there a chance that he could be added to the 'draft shortlist' when he turns 16? If so, that massively changes the potential make up of any team lucky enough to sign him up!

We've all discussed what any team WITH Lambert could look like, but have we considered what a 1-5 without him could be?

I'm assuming these guys will be in the 1-5.... (at least I bl00dy hope they are!)

Niels 9.12

Rory 6.84

Porsing 3.51

which could leave room for our asset Kevin Wolbert on 5.04 and then another 7.51 for the 3rd heat leader; Larsen 7.26? Sundstrom 7.22?

But then that bags the question why did we not keep Mads?
