mdmc82
Who has Charles Wright as their FTR? Nobody but he's higher than Morris on the list so you couldn't use him

superguest
Tom was a decent prospect a few seasons back. Struggles a lot from the gate but useful from the back, hopefully he'll relish the prospect and get his season back on track!

greyhoundp
Toms career has stalled over the last since couple of seasons, including this season, really needs to push on, and gain a bit of hardness in his racing, maybe develop a bit of NP,s attitude, also machinery doesnt seem to carry the speed he used to have,, for whatever reason. good luck at Wolves.. INCOGNITO
Nice to see Tai with his usual mechanic on Monday and using the engine he used in the Swedish GP. Would be great if he could get Jacko back here and in the GP and now also has the help of Craig Cummings who has worked with big names before on two wheels.

Tremendous character, Jacko, and a great guy. I've often wondered if the GP TV producers are contractually obliged to include a shot of him in their coverage.
A ORLOV
The new averages for July show that Jacob Thorssell takes over a heat leader position from Ricky Wells, I think this is the first change in this new system this season. There are other teams where a second string is getting close to the lowest heat leader. http://www.speedwaygb.co/14issues/el14_issue19.pdf

R87
Woffinden won't be dropped by Wolves just for having a couple of dodgy months. Quite apart from the fact that you don't drop the world champion, it's just not the way the club operates. Chris van Straaten believes in continuity. He values and expects loyalty from his riders and in return they get loyalty from the club. Wolves have perservered with many, many worse riders than Tai - and one or two just as good. Wolves have invested a lot of time and effort in the likes of Woffinden, Proctor, Wells and Thorssell - just as they have in the past with Correy, Karlssons, Ermolenkos - and have always worked hard to build up trust between club and riders. That might not matter to fans, but it does to the management and they won't blow it with knee-jerk reactions. Woffinden's form is a worry, but if you're wanting a hire-them-fire-them, three-teams-a-season approach, you're following the wrong club. Can only agree with this. We've always tended to keep the side built around the foundations of two-three riders. In the 90's, it was builtd around Ermolenko, Correy, Jones and later on the Karlssons, while now we have Proctor, Wells, Woffinden etc..who make it up. Continuity and loyalty mean a lot to Wolves, although sometimes is does bite us occasionally. CVS does get a fair share of critisism from our fans (and sometimes it is warranted), but at least with him you know the club will reopen the following season, it will always compete at the highest level (after the 1981 disaster, us dropping a league is a no-go) he pays the bills on time, and most of the time, we put together a competitive side. Even though its not in our nature to blow huge amount of cash, Woffinden and Pawlicki wouldn't have come cheap. Neither would Lindgren, or some of the others we've had in the past. fish keeper
I agree that Woffinden and Pawlicki wouldn't have come cheap but with no chance of the play offs now I think its time to look to next season and bring in riders with a view to signing next year. PK been replaced at Lakeside .

double_O
Surely Wolves would look at dropping Proctor and Wells and bring in PK and 4pt rider. Thorssell back riding at No2. Look far stronger with that 5.
