Hodgy
It was announced on the BSPA web site on the 20TH December http://www.speedwaygb.co/news.php?extend.23518 That made me chuckle, even funnier if not intended.

INCOGNITO
It seems pretty obvious that Pawlicki is the final rider for Poole and the post does seem to be just a rough idea of what a match could look like. There is nothing there to say that is the end article in my opinion but it does seem to be along the right line of which way the format and teams could look. There are some good looking teams this year and it does seem that the team with the best reserves will be in a pole position to reaching the play offs. superguest
are any wolves fans "happy" with your line up?,.... More or Less. Bit of a risk having Pawlicki start as 2nd heatleader but we've got a great talent for the future, hopefully. Tai, Ty and Ashley are all racers. Pawlicki too is meant to be pretty entertaining. Jacob is a decent rider already but he has improvement in him. Ricky has the potential to be a third heatleader IMO. His move to Worky may help him finally push on to reach the next level. Just worry we don't have an older head in the team to calm things down or Jee them up.
ColinMills
potential, ifs, buts, loadsa questions for me on wolves line up.. a side on paper, that looks poor to me, but as you say could surprise..i think many fans/clubs will see wolves as a side they can turnover home or away, and really cant see wolves picking up 3pt home wins or 4pt away wins..not knocking them here, just don't look a side to put fear in the opposition

stevebrum
are any wolves fans "happy" with your line up?,.... And that's the position we were in last year..................................However, I can see where you are coming from. Lets face it it is fine for others to write us off at this stage. If some dont want to learn from mistakes made last season then who are we to point out the obvious! I too am pretty happy with our line up. Pawlicki on his average and as 2nd heat leader is a big ask but sides need to be centred around peeking in September and i can see this side taking time to settle but gaining momentum when it matters. Tai should be good for 11-15 points a match. Jacob may need a bit of time settling in the main body of the team but he showed last season he is in an upward spiral in his career. If Ty can carry on like he did last year then he will make a mockery of his starting average. Key for him will be to have enough meetings abroad or may have to consider doubling up. I am quite happy with both reserves in comparison to other teams - only Kings Lynn have a better pairing imho. Piotr will take some time settling in on a small track but he is a precious talent and hopefully will be feeling right at home in September - when it matters! Ricky is the one that needs to up his game a bit, if he can then i would feel comfortable we can be on the fringes of the top 4 most of the season.
EnglishRoundabout
Pawlicki will be superb to watch at Monmore. Once he masters the track, I can see him being pure entertainment. Inspired signing.
mdmc82
The only thing I worry about for Wolves is how unreliable and injury prone Pawlicki is which could mean you see alot of R/R
superguest
The only thing I worry about for Wolves is how unreliable and injury prone Pawlicki is which could mean you see alot of R/R Agreed. He (and his brother) seem to have a habit of taking nasty falls. At least with him being 2nd heatleader we should be able to cover for him in this instances. With Gollob gone & only Jarek in the GP's there is a big chance for any of the young Poles to fill the spot with sponsors etc waiting for that rider in Poland & it will do both riders prospects no harm by riding in Britain so the rest is down to them. 771neil
Why people say kings Lynn got best reserves as a pair wolves and Cov have best, kings Lynn have 1 good reserve but rose only 6.7 nil average and done few pl he could have great year but on paper not as strong as wolves and Cov. Wolves only club to have 2 riders in top ten of the draft
T.N.T.
Piotr Pawlicki may take time to get the hang of Monmore Green but if anyone doesn't realise hw good this lad can be, he averaged 7.09 in the Swedish Elite League just ahead of Fredrik Lindgren 7.03 and if he can do that in England then I will be more than happy. Reserves do look vital in 2014 an Wolves could be dark horses as I think they are very capeable of some good scores by Morris and Jacobs while other tracks look mainly to have one outstanding reserve if they are lucky.
