What are you on about ?? I have not commented on whether the fixture should go ahead or not-only Rosco saying he apparently was misled about the fixture taking place.Go back and read from my 1st post !!!!

You are just making yourself look silly now- if post 2045 is true,Rosco`s been turned over by a "novice " Elite league promotion-as for whether the match should go ahead- I actually agree with you-no it shouldn`t.Happy now are you ?

So Klindt now at Leicester - which looks even more like a Swindon team with each change! Hope he shows the form of the GP qualifiers and the PL- except against Swindon. Simon has looked a different rider this last few weeks so looks like Rosco was right to stick with him - just a pity he didn't score so well earlier in the season or I think Swindon would have benefitted from Klindt's current firm.

So you are so superior? why argue you agree with me anyway having a dig at Rossiter, why any reason ? Jealousy perhaps. Why should the public pay 17 pounds to watch two unreconizable teams, so stop your personal snipes at Rossiter and think of the public as a whole. Also well i am at it the NOVICE promotion jibe who are you? to belittle them. he shouldn`t have been so slow-he`s been in the business far longer than Hemsley and co.

He was slow because Leicester gave him the impression that the meeting would be called off & used the time to get the best guests before confirming the meeting would go ahead. Obviously been taking lessons off of Fat Maude!

Another lovely Thursday with no Speedway at the Abbey-just because the England World Cup match is on telly. Sheffield have brought in a big screen for fans to see the football whilst at their match v Edinburgh (PL) why oh why cannot the Swindon promotion think outside the box?

Are Sheffield thinking outside the box or attempting to make the best of a bad situation? I notice they are the only Club running a meeting this evening, I hope it works for them but personally think the Swindon Promotion have done right by steering clear of this date. Couldn't see many turning up for a meeting clashing with an England World Cup game.

Maybe because the crowd would be about 200 and they would lose about 15k .Ask cov and Horton about running a match on the same night as a England Match .

Had good crowds at Coventry. A lot of us speedway fans put speedway before Football

So can tell me what the crowd was v Kings lynn was when they ran on the night when England were in the Euro's two years back ? Cov lost a fortune that night . it's a massive difference between a normal game or when England are in a World cup or Euro torney match . Hence why only brain dead people run on the same night .

I know it is with the benefit of hindsight but I know where I would rather have been last night and it wasn't at home watching England fail in the World Cup!
