Crazy robin
If Swindon are now living within there means and Rosco is saything that is what we can offer then so be it. Too many clubs over promising high wages and then fail to deliver. You think he'd be asking for more than they're paying Troy then??. Very strange for me not having PK over Troy but then I don't make the decisions.

EnglishRoundabout
Maybe Toogood's accountancy background is coming into play! On another note, if Swindon are looking at including assets (Kildemand excluded by the sounds of it) I wonder if Justin Sedgeman is worth another look? Failing that Richard Sweetman can surely be persuaded out of his premature retirement? He held his own in the main body of the Coventry side that won the league under Rosco. Possibly their averages fit, certainly Sedgey's I would imagine.

van wolfswinkel
The forthcoming season is beginning to look like the usual mediocrity, further watering down of team strengths, the fans aren't getting too excited about these line-ups. Cant see crowds increasing at this rate, and they will still charge the same admission. Shame local lad Darryl missed-out but don't think he will sulk, just get his head down and try to prove Rosco wrong. Good to see Batch back as skipper, but would be disappointed to see Killer or Doyley not return.
Crazy robin
Reading what Mad's has said about his Kings Lynn exit I assume he told the Robins he wanted to stay there in preference to a return to Swindon & I hope Swindon don't now back down & have him back. We want & need riders who has Swindon as their first choice. Edited December 7, 2013 by Crazy robin

Just read those comments from Mads on the K.L thread and would rather he signs up for someone other than the Robins, just hope Rosco has read it before it is too late, I don't want him back either CR.

I think you're wrong to pillar Mads just because he said he'd like to ride for Lynn. I've seen a lot of riders in my time and some aren't worth the effort. At least where Mads is concerned, you know what you'll get. Always give 100% and is someone who is totally committed. Just because his average was too high for Lynn, doesn't make him a bad choice somewhere else. Edited December 8, 2013 by GRW123

BuzzCagney
Mads always starts the season well and tails off at Swindon. We can do better i think. He would feel like a big step into a mediocre past to me.

Mads does that every year for everyone not just Swindon Maybe Troy wanted the same as last year, but Kildemand being #1 wanted what Andersen was on? Some of you lot have short memories Really surprised you haven't caught on by now, sounds like the riders remember.
