Well done to all concerned with arranging a very interesting and potentially exciting Tigers team.

All tick - a refreshing new team and team manager; new muck for the track, hopefully bringing the return of Fortess Owlerton; the return of those 2 old stalwarts, team riding and team spirit.

Still to tick - progress on a new fence, and a welcoming, friendly sign in the visitors' area of the pits - Welcome To The Jungle!

Stoke and Buxton fans don't like Josh Bates much either, that's because he always rides his guts out and doesn't know when he is beaten.

This makes for some spectacular races, if he is on the race card, expect fireworks.

I believe Peter Craven started with the same reputation added to regular 'offs'.

I agree wholeheartedly with you Blackadder.

It seems to me that the most important thing that has been missing for the few years is team spirit.

Perhaps the major influences to that are Leigh, Simon, Andre and Joe. Their input should be invaluable, particularly to the younger members of the team, as long as they are prepared to listen and learn of course.

Now how about some news about the fence! and how about some consortium member names!

Very happy with the team select especially when you consider the head start we gave most teams in the league regarding team building the team is for me competitive.

Sorry to see our El Tigre Argentino Facu Albin not getting a team place, but who knows maybe one day we will see him return to the club, where there will always be a warm welcome to our Mr Entertainment.

Well done hoggy a team with potential.I think we need to use league cup to get our riders upto speed. With riders coming back from injury and others new to our track any favourable results we get will be a bonus. How many meeting can we expect andre at reserve ? Is the league cup going to count towards averages early season ? Good luck to all the team and lets hope for an injury free season.

Thanks for your observations, seen your posts on other threads in the past. At least you're consistent!

Be interesting to see how Somerset go on this year, when you've got your team finalised!

Thanks for your observations also, albeit incorrect - as it currently stands, Somerset's team is complete and has been for some time.

Lots of risk in this side through people coming back from injury but if those riders can get back to their best this team will score big at home every week and be competitive away, a big if though. Reserves look very good but I think Nielsen will struggle.

Sorry I must have missed something especially after you posted just yesterday, 'but nearly February and team plans still up in the air'.
