Crazy robin
Brilliant poole thouroughly deserved aggregate win swindon were extremely poor says a lot when Morris was the pick of the swindon riders a few apologies need to be offered to rosco tonight from a couple of robin riders ! Who made the decision to change the riding order before this meeting when Eddie has bottle it since May, answer Alun Rossiter so every rider & him can take their share of the blame. Bloody harsh to say about Nick as well as the kid might not be a Darcy but doesn't deserve you putting that.
topsoil
Chuffed for Matt Ford the best promoter in the sport! Poole to go on and win it now?
Crazy robin
Who was the Greg Hancock who rode for reading in the final if he hasn't rode in one before then
Tom Turner
As much as I despise Ford you have to say his riders thoroughly deserved their win tonight on decent race track. Hancock bores me to tears but you can't argue with his scoring. Going to be a very interesting final. Are you for real? Hancock is a master in his sport and he shows this in his track craft. Wasn't having a pop at Morris at all kid he was fantastic tonight a great effort what I was pointing out was the riders Andersen , batchelor , kildemand until he got going were 2nd rate and let themselves down which they probably know but in no uncertain terms was I criticising Morris ! noggin
I don't think swindon bottled it, just totally outrode tonight, so fair play and a tasty looking final to come.
Speedy swindon pete
Morris has been the pick of the Swindon riders for the last 2 or 3 months since he was picked for that heat 15 at wolves (?) which plenty of robins fans who weren't even there were lambasting rosco for picking him. He's been proper mustard, if only he could gate, he'd be lethal. First name on the team sheet for me next year. Thanks to the Poole riders for freeing up a few nights for me in the next couple of weeks. Works music quiz and seeing Peter Gabriel back on the menu now, was worried rain off reruns would scupper those.
rob tatum
Congratulations to poole the best team on the night won. Thought young morris was great. Maybe the poole fans who slagged off hancock saying he was" no replacement for holder" well hang your heads in shame because unlike you lot he is a class act. Should be a great final weather permitting.
LagutaRacingFan
Swindon chucked it away with going home first, Who the hell does that?
Daniel Smith
Congratulations Pirates. Called it straight after heat 1. Swindon came out just to defend and got caught. So wanted Swindon to win as did 99% of non Poole supporters did but Swindon got what they deserved. Anyone that employs Kennett next season needs their had testing No tongue in cheek here, Poole definitely favourites for the title. Top 4 far superior to any of the Brummies top 4. Just all depends who Poole bring in for Dyer (you just know it's gonna happen)

Agree with all of that, I would have kept Morra at 4 and left Kennett at 2, but that's all water under the bridge, it hasn't been a bad season for Swindon if anyone can call it a season.. I'm more than happy to congratulate the Pirates and say 'hard lines' to Rosco and the Robins.. What I find sad, is that I'm not really bothered about losing - even if it is Poole, and I won't watch the PO final either, not because we lost, but because I can now just do other stuff.. Trees
Fair play to Rosco at the end and to the sporting response of the Robin fans on here. Congratulations to the POOLE PIRATES on reaching the play-off final Yeah good on ya Robins fans, don't think some of these Poole people would have been so gracious! Bagpuss
Are you for real? Hancock is a master in his sport and he shows this in his track craft. Just personal taste, not a huge fan of riders who make their career out of doing their work over the first lap.
thecoombdog
Any agent Howarth talk is nonsense. Rode very well in the first leg and a good heat win tonight. Will say it again, we just got beat by a better team. No excuses, no conspiracy theories.

Speedy swindon pete
Had to laugh at Ermolenko saying Hancock was desperate for a British League win. So desperate he's sat out the last 5/6 seasons here. Funny what Uncle Ford rustling up a special pay packet can do.

Your wrong, In the interview Hancock said that the main thing that convinced him to join the Pirates was that an Elite League title medal was missing in his cabinet.
