foreverblue
Due to the deafening silence coming from Poole, does this mean we haven't signed Pawlicki the elder and are looking at other options.
pointsmeanplayoffs
I would imagine Poole are keeping quiet until the rules around rider order/heat formats/tactical rides etc are confirmed before they name their team. After all, how can you attempt to bend/break the rules until you know them?!?
foreverblue
I see Swindon have dumped Ashley Birks, just imagine the reaction if Poole had done that.

Pirate Nick
Morris to Poole I'd be happy with that. He's a great prospect and exciting to watch, never knows when he's beaten.
Poole Quay 7
Morris to Poole I'm pretty sure Rosco and Swindon would have something to say about that!? http://www.swindonrobins.co/news.php?extend.2109.1 Edited December 23, 2013 by Poole Quay

Poole Quay 7
Not actually signed anything though, just verbally agreed.. Doesn't Nick stay at Roscoe's house?......Might be a bit difficult over breakfast! I wonder if Neil has a spare room at his B&B
SteveLyric2
Just because Morris has stated that he's about to make a major announcement that will 'disappoint some speedway fans' - everyone thinks it means he's coming to Poole?! Ha ha.

Clubs look after themselves so can't have it both ways if riders do the same.

Steve0
I see Swindon have dumped Ashley Birks, just imagine the reaction if Poole had done that. To be dumped you need to be included the declared 1-7 - which he wasn't. As much as I like Ashley, he should be starting as a reserve - as he didn't show he was anything other than a reserve this season. It's bonkers that he needs to start in a 1-5 position. I think this is the right decision - and hopefully a better rider will be signed

Well I'm not one for jumping on Poole for not signing young British talent! You did offer a young British lad a team spot (2 actually) except one should be in the 1-5 just like Birks is expected to do
