mdmc82
Greg has stated it was a one off return to the uk Also if without sky money and with a lower point limit he may have to be in place of holder & ward if returned

Starman2006
Greg has stated it was a one off return to the uk Also if without sky money and with a lower point limit he may have to be in place of holder & ward if returned Correct, Greg was a straight replacement for Chris. A lot will depend on the team building average's,whether we keep one or both, ideally both. But i do feel if the powers that be drop the team building average to low they will be cutting their noses off to spite their faces. why could he not ride for Cov as he is our asset? Get your promotion to give him a bell. But i would very much doubt that Greg would want to do a full season anywhere. Again, i don't think the idea of dropping the team building averages will be a good idea for anybody.. dontforgetthefueltapsbruv
Wonder if anyone can explain to me how dropping the points limit helps anyone?? can only work IMO when used to add more teams and not as a cost cutting tool. Should the EL only rise to 11 teams then 40/41 would be appropriate with 12 38/39. After the first season if there are no further additions it should return to 42+

By dropping the points limit it allows teams to 'shed' their higher scorers, thus replacing them with lower average riders and further watering down the 'Elite' league.... Lord Skid
Who's designing the new Southern Super PL trophy, as it will no doubt take pride of place in Matt's Trophy room, or will he play safe and go for the Super NL Trophy instead? therefused
So, can anyone explain to me how dropping team building points helps?? What is the philosophy behind it. ? if a couple of teams move up, it will still allow the same riders that rode here this year to ride next year. it also makes it more evenly spread out among the teams, so you wont have one team being stronger than the rest, in theory.
