So, Holder can ride one more home meeting v Lakeside before his Danish commitments kick in, so once again, who do people think will replace him/Darcy??

Hancock? Too early in the season and fully committed abroad?! (Doubtful)

Lindback? Out injured with broken scaphoid! (No chance)

KK? Too busy with other commitments. (Unlikely, but could be persuaded by his psychologist and UK manager  ??)

Miedzinski? Good possibility, if Torun are happy with his form? (Possible)

Sayfutdinov? Big name for the fans but poor form coming back from injury! (Possible)

Lindgren? Needs extra sharpness for the GPs and would love a midweek track for a change?! :P (Unlikely)

Thoughts....?

You can have Miedzinski if you want to buy him this time (at an increased price to reflect his higher average)

If Greggy is not avaliable, perhaps Tomaz Gollob for a swansong. We have Magic and Shamek in the side, and he would be a massive boost for those two, to have "God" riding with them in the same team.

It just makes you wonder what else these people do with their lives, as all they seem to do is spend hours on this forum having a go at Poole, or Matt Ford.

Maybe you should ask all those fans who have given up on speedway because of the corrupt way it is run what they are doing with their lives...

Apparantly (from a Swindon source) the loan fee may already have been paid?! Desperate for any income in 'rain-off' Wiltshire at the moment!! :P

ps. A reduced fee too as he hasn't ridden EL for a season and a half!!:D

pps. If it were for Emil does the loan fee go to Rosco???

Why replace Holder with anyone? Just sack him and use handpicked guests

Dont think anyone would ever sack Holder but the way we are riding r/r could be a option!

I know. It's funny they're so worried about it. I just don't get it!

Dont think anyone is worried just debating the options

It was a non story anyway. Hop wood will get as close to a point as Smart. Six rider team this year and the worrying headlines in today's echo must give us serious cause for concern regarding our number one position.

No but then again Leicester havn't bought Mads, Jason & Simon or other clubs havn't bought other Swindon assets they also have on loan so what's your point???????

Then why should Poole, should they wish to use him, have to buy Miedzinski this time as Steve0 posts?

It sort of was a story as Matt was quoted on the 6th May that "I will probably do something for a month so we have the option of using Benji afterwards" "I will let him get fit and we have his acceptance that he is coming in, so I don't see any reason why that wouldn't be the same in a months time when he recovers from injury"

Unfortunately from the 1st May onwards there was no option to bring Benji in instead of Lee as he was ranked above him in the fast track draft list. Even todays story in the Echo mentions that Ford will go back in for Compton, but as far as I see it he can't if he wants him to replace Hopwood.

Won't Holder just stay on as number 1? I presume Ward's knee is too crocked to cope with the amount of EL meetings?

I didn't say they should but it was you who mentioned Troy & I simply replied with how many riders Swindon still have out on loan which you failed to mention.

The days of buying riders has gone now.
