theknow 2
I think most posters would accept that statement, it's the method used to get there that rankles. Is it not called the winning method

Aces51
I hope there is a solution to Darcy's injury which will enable him to continue racing. It is always unfortunate when riders have to take a significant time out to recover and especially so when it affects not only their club but realistic world championship ambitions.

Crazy robin
Asked you lunchtime to tell me which rule Poole have broken. No reply from you. Clock is still ticking.....tick tock tick tock.... still waiting for an answer. Â Â tell us Poole fans which rule has been broken. Still waiting. Tick tock.......come on answer the question. Or you realise you are just trolling a Poole thread, throwing false accusations at Matt Ford and Poole. Â Steve you are a fine one to talk about not answering a question because you've done it so many times in the past.
BWitcher
I honestly can't see what all the fuss is about. Most people (me inc) have moaned that a Poole/KL final is nailed on already so what difference is swapping Smart for another gash draft rider going to make? Its Benji Compton at the end of the day. I never thought I would see the day where the topic of conversation in the Elite League was a 6 point NL rider and how its unfair he will be named in a 1-7. Shows how far down the sh1tter the top league has gone! Â Poole won't win the league because they signed Benji Compton! So everyone should calm down and stop ranting. Its actually embarrassing seeing some of the hatred towards them on here. People seem obsessed by them. Â No it isn't 'Benji Compton at the end of the day'. Â IF it was, then every other team could just simply choose whoever they want of the draft list for whatever match they wanted, regardless of position. Â Benji Compton is above Lee Smart. Its quite simple. Â .
SteveLyric2
So, Holder can ride one more home meeting v Lakeside before his Danish commitments kick in, so once again, who do people think will replace him/Darcy?? Â Hancock? Too early in the season and fully committed abroad?! (Doubtful) Lindback? Out injured with broken scaphoid! (No chance) KK? Too busy with other commitments. (Unlikely, but could be persuaded by his psychologist and UK manager ??) Miedzinski? Good possibility, if Torun are happy with his form? (Possible) Sayfutdinov? Big name for the fans but poor form coming back from injury! (Possible) Lindgren? Needs extra sharpness for the GPs and would love a midweek track for a change?! (Unlikely) Â Thoughts....? It is always unfortunate when riders have to take a significant time out to recover and especially so when it affects not only their club but realistic world championship ambitions. Â All I can say is that if Darcy has hurt his Cruciate ligament then he should really listen to the specialists as the boy has got the rest of his life ahead of him & a dodgy knee can seriously hamper that. Â There will be other chances of becoming a world champion but if he doesn't get it sorted properly then he could really regret it.
Bagpuss
What are Kasprzak's 'other commitments'? Would have thought he'd be the most likely signing.

foreverblue
100% without a doubt KK. Hancock no chance, Lindback as you said injured, Miedzinski would not want to race in Britain, Sayfutdinov just coming back from injury and Emil is struggling at the moment and Fast Freddie will never ride for another EL club other than Wolves. Has Emil Sayfutdinov got a split personality!

springdale
Another year and the same old faces still moaning about Poole. This cheers my day up every time i look at at the forum. Â The best thing is we all know Poole will be there come the end of the year fighting for the win It just makes you wonder what else these people do with their lives, as all they seem to do is spend hours on this forum having a go at Poole, or Matt Ford.
