Dornier
Knew it wouldn`t be long before Holder was back riding in the British League, don`t know how he has the gall the way he slagged off the British Elite League in his tweets . Now all of a sudden alls well to ride over here he probably realises he needs the British League more than the British League needs him..

Poole fans look at things as the only way. Nothing counts as long as they win at the end of the year.
Sherborne Green
It's called loyalty . A club that has helped him deserves his help.. Â Love Poole or hate them the vast majority of riders who ride for them stay loyal.

Sherborne Green
Madsen?? Mroczka? Lindback? Andersen? Kasprzak, B Pedersen?I said loyal not riding for them. Which one of those have have ever said they would not ride for Poole. All are assets bar Andersen. Some do not wish to ride in Uk but all were very happy to ride for Poole. Andersen and Kasprzak were happy to help Poole out in their hour of need over the years. Pederson still very friendly with Poole. Madsen does not wish to ride in this country. Mroczka has the wrong average. Â Try again.

E Â Indeed quite a few are loyal because Poole can probably offer good deals including bikes. You cant blame riders for that either. But also Poole have a history of littered cast offs than they no longer need or want due to the wrong averages. That isn't an attack at Poole before the usual brigade wade in.
hagonshocker
Sounds to me that Swindon fans are getting worried about Fridays meetings and looking for an excuse by calling Poole cheats. Stopped 'worrying' about speedway meetings when i was about 15! Not EVERY Swindon fan has accused your lot of cheating please refrain from generalising...i note you used a wink emoticon but even so thought i would point it out! Thankyou Happy(ish) Easter

May be but unlike some promoters if a good loan deal comes along for a rider they can't use they have no problems about loaning them out................. Â RP Â Which promoters are you referring to? Besides the Peterborough - Swindon and Coventry - Birmingham Fracas think most loan out riders quite happily. Although some might stomp there feet if another tries to tempt an asset away they are planning on using themselves!

weatherwatcher
Did any Poole fans watch the world pairs on Eurosport. I must say I am not a fan of Darcy Ward but I felt really sorry for him. He was leading the race and Chris Holder was in 4th Holder managed to get past the 2 other riders and Darcy was waving his hands to Holder to get him to take the inside line as a true team pairing should ride in team pairs racing. Not sure if Holder has no knowladge of riding as a pair in a race but he just had no idea at all where to place himself on the track in the end Darcy just gave up and carried on on his own. Â This is something that I have noticed before that he struggles to be able to pair up with another rider, all he can do is blast around the track, either he wins or comes last, it is something he must work on if he wants to carry on as a good team rider and not just an idividual. Â There are not many good team riders left nowadays. There where some good rides by the Rusians, Swedes and Danes. But the Assie pairing have a long way to go. At least it showed that Darcy had a speedway brain, Pity Holder didn't get the meaning of what he was trying to do even if it was so obvious even a fish could have seen it. Â Chris Holder was terrible last night againts Coventry. I think even Kyle Newman could have given him a good run for his money. Shame that Kyle was earning peanuts compared to Holder
LagutaRacingFan
I agree, I think Darcy Ward is too good a speedway rider. I would have liked to seen him go into the Moto GP scene with Arthur Sissis. Â His talent deserves mainstream attention, It's like Messi opting to play beach football over the professional game. It will take time.
Gavan
Think it was obvious to most that Holder was holding back on a quite scary track. You had to ride near the fence if you wanted to race and after the injury he had then you can't blame him for being hesitant. The bigger issue is that a rider of his class should be making starts against that opposition on a track he knows inside out. Injury or not that was a poor performance from Holder as he seemed fine in the gp risking being fenced by Pedersen, I thought Poole could run away with the league but so far in 2 matches they seem fairly matched with the others
racers and royals
Looking at the scores tonight Poole should replace Smart with Oliver Greenwood. Edit looking at Green sheets he can only guest-not full-time Why`s that ? Â I noticed that with some riders and wondered the same thing. My guess is that they opted out of the draft initially.
