foreverblue
Why not? We all hear how brilliant Ford is so if you could bring in KK (for example) for Milik im sure he would. Your not telling me that either having Magic, Pawlicki or KK at 4 isnt better than Milik or Josh! With the Holder situation could be 2 riders to make way to get him in. You say he cant come because of commitments then say he would if Ward was injured! Matt Ford will do whats best for poole speedway, if a rider attains a high average then goes of form he will be replaced, nothing wrong with that is there. We kept a out of form mrozcka and lost the title, Matt is never going to let that happen again.

YerRopes
We will be last to larf come October... So you reckon you'll come 10th ? One cocky Pirate on here will be labeling you a 'Poole Hater' Starman...
waiheke1
Why would ANY-TEAM drop anyone on a 8.50 average Because if that rider has averaged an 8.5 raci g pre-dominantly against second strings and nl reserves, they are less likely to maintain that average when racing pre-dominantly against heat leaders than a rider who has averaged 8.5 racing as a heat leader under last year's race format.I can't believe that needed explaining, I can see why poole fans think middlo is a tactical genius.

You say he cant come because of commitments then say he would if Ward was injured! Other than injury to ward I csnt see how holder could be fitted back in. If u re declare the team total needs to remain below 32, unless all riders being replaced are being replaced with lower averaged riders. I expect pooles riders to have a net increase in average over the season, so it is likely to get harder to squeeze holder in not easier. Where the real potential is to strengthen - snd this applies to all teams- is in the second string berths.

However, your posts just show that you are obsessed with them . We all are entitled to our own opinions but surely if you support another team in another league you would be much more interested in them!

waiheke1
? run that one past me again... ) Ok lets try again.Suppose you have three riders. One averages 8.5 in the el. One averages 8.5 in the pl. One averages 8.5 in the nl. If u could have any of those riders come into your team on an 8.5 average would you have a preference, or would you not care as they all average the same? The point is that an average is meaningless without the context of riders it is earned racing against, and it is therefore possible for a weaker rider with easy races to obtain a higher average than a stronger rider who has had tougher races.

Quite so, but in that scenario the stronger rider would drop to the weaker heats!!! Whats not to like?!
theknow 2
I dont really mind who he changes if he has to as long as we have a good year and are fighting for the title at the end. All about success and what you have to do to acheive it
